“I enjoyed my meal and was happy with the service. Everything done by the employees was done well.What was not that great was the temperature in the lobby. There was noA/C and the lobby was uncomfortably warm. Also, there were wet floor signs left of perpetually dry floors. They should be put away. The doors were quite dirty with smears all over the glass.The service was good. The food was extremely fresh and tasty.Toobad the lobby was a heat box.“

“This location used to be awesome. Nice people, efficient and caring staff, good food. Then the pandemic hit and last year the staff was some of the worst I experienced: wrong orders, inexperienced and surly staff, mediocre food.I am happy to say that during my last experience things went back to "normal." I hope it stays that way!“

“The food was fresh and tasted awesome. The service was outstanding and the employees prepared my food quickly. They were kind, polite and respectful as well. I tried one their milk shakes and I was surprised at how good it tasted. It tasted as good a fancy restaurant or diner milkshake. This is one of the best Jack in the Boxes in the San Jose area, and the college girls that frequent the restaurant are California dimes.“
