The lamb biryani here is a standout— perfectly spiced, tender, and bursting with rich flavors. A cozy ambiance. A must-visit for food lovers!

It was my first time ever trying Indian food and I must say I will be eating here again. The flavors were amazing and the portions were plentiful.

The food was really good but the service was awful they forgot our drinks and we had to get it ourselves which wasn’t a big deal. But they also took 10-20 minutes to get our food and they weren’t even busy there were like two other people. And they forgot our food

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Kabob & Curry's, and ordered butter naan with a Mutton Rogan Ghosh.
The butter naan was soft, fluffy, and had the perfect balance of crispiness on the outside with a rich, buttery flavor that elevated each bite. It was the ideal accompaniment to the Mutton Rogan Ghosh, which was simply divine. The mutton was cooked to perfection—tender and succulent, with the deep, aromatic spices of the Rogan Ghosh infusing each bite with a complex blend of warmth and flavor. The dish was neither too spicy nor too mild, striking the perfect balance that made it incredibly enjoyable.
If you're a fan of authentic Indian cuisine,Kabob & Curry's is a must-visit. I highly recommend trying the butter naan and Mutton Rogan Ghosh—you won't be disappointed!

Reposting the comment with changes between 2016-2019 and 2024.
Food quality remains good, but quantity shrunk miserably! Dish (curry) size has been halved than earlier. With increased price and lesser quantity you would end up ordering more items and paying up more to fill your appetite.
Also service is slow, if you have a family and you are hungry, then good luck!
I used to be regular earlier, now the only thing that I take as a to-go is Lamb and/or Goat Biriyani (still the best in Bay Area)

Takeaways:
- Disingenuous wait times. They tell you one time and then another. They tell you 20 mins, and end up with 40 mins. Happens every single time. Hasn’t been a time that they haven’t been significantly late. I understand they can be busy, but give me serious estimates.
- Good food
- Small Portions
- Expensive
Their Naan and biryani are good. CTM isn’t the best in my opinion, get their butter chicken instead. Chicken Boti kabob is good, but it's a small portion for a hefty price (Like 6 smallish medium breast pieces). Chicken Seek kabobs were pretty small and lacked flavor in my opinion.
Overall their food is good, but the portions are very small for an expensive price. Expect to spend more than the average restaurant for it to be enough to feed a family, $20-$40 per person. For a party of 8, it cost us about $210. If you want to fill yourself up, it'll cost more maybe. Im not sure if its the locale or cost of meat, but other desi restaurants will give you better portions for slightly cheaper.

Multiple reasons for 1 star review
1. Half of the items on the menu were not available. The store closing time is 10:30 PM and we came by 8:30. Still half of the items on the menu were not available.
2. We ordered paneer tikka appetizer and it was not at all good
3. Dal makhani was not at all good. It was pretty bland and not tasty.
4. The restaurant was understaffed and order took a lot of time to arrive. They also forgot to bring the items and we had to remind them multiple times to get all the items we ordered.
5. The waiter was not at all professional and did not have a good attitude while taking the order. The responses felt rude and annoying.
6. Overall a very bad experience and we did not enjoy the visit to the store.
