I never had tried this spot since it always looks empty. Today a Saturday everything else was busy so I wanted to give them a chance. I ordered the combo “short rib” bowl. I tried it and the meat tasted awful, resembling liver, not like short ribs! I tried the rice and fries and they were ok. Approximately an hour and a half later, upon returning home, I was severely ill, experiencing the most intense stomach ache I had ever endured. It was evident that this was the food I had consumed at the this place. The restaurant’s consistent emptiness serves as a clear indication of its awful quality. If you seek to experience severe gastrointestinal distress and find yourself spending an extended period on the toilet, I highly recommend dining here.

The original Koja is so good, it’s like a burger but with rice bum. The rice is crispy and chewy, and the short rib is soooo delicious!

Had the crispy 😋 chicken 🍗 sandwich 🔥 and loved it!!! Also had the koja 🍟 fries and was a great addition to my sandwich. Love how the fries are waffle style 😋.

I read a few reviews and didn't try the popular items. Crispy 🐔 chicken sandwich 🥪 was the hot, even was recommended. It did NOT disappoint.
I will come back to try some other items on the menu. Love the spice.

The cashier was friendly but seemed tired.
Got my food relatively fast, a little over 10 mins but worth the wait. Will be coming back.

I've seen they serve alcoholic beverages... I think 🤔 I'll have to take another look.

My pictures were a little late as I could not wait to bite into the food. Love trying new things!!!

We ordered two dishes for lunches. Both had diarrhea afterwards.

This place has really gone downhill. They used to be my favorite at the mall.

I ordered the beef koja and 50% was fat. It was disgusting.

I also ordered the braised pork bowl and there is some other kind of chunky nasty fatty meat inside. It was so nasty and full of fat. Switching the meat is very bad for people with allergies or religious preferences.

They also put a TON of kimchi juice in my order and it made everything so wet that the box split open before I could get home.

Food in this place don’t feel healthy at all if you eat. Plus 4.4 for this place is an absolute outrageous high rating NOT NECESSARY at all. According to me the actual rating is 2.8 .

Really interesting sandwich! Tried the pulled pork Koja, and really liked the rice as buns, held together very well. The meat was the best part, sauce was a bit rich but the arugula helped keep it fresh.

Overall really yummy, but def very rich and heavy too

We had high hopes for "The Original" koja and while interesting it was somewhat disappointing.

The short rib was ok at best and quite fibrous. I did enjoy the fried rice cakes as "buns", that was fun.

Their Korean buffalo wings were also ok, not bad but nothing special. We expected them to be hot and they were quite mild.

The one thing I do absolutely recommend is their Strawberry Mango Mint Lemonade. It is very sweet and I'm sure has a ton of sugar, but it was absolutely delicious

I had the mushroom patty in a couple different ways here. The taco was good and the rice patty burger was my favorite. I also enjoyed the fries and the watermelon mint lemonade.

Ordered ahead online and it's a unique spot. Asian fusion flavors with a few specialty items you won't find else where for the most part.

The beef was great and sauces were good too but those do the heavy lifting on the food. The rest was ok.
