I had just came into the store after practically losing everything I had the last of our money using the online app. The two pizzas were supposed to come out to five bucks or whatever special that they were having unfortunately of course trying to use the app never really works and you sometimes if you donāt have the time canāt either afford the pizza or you just pay regular set price, which is really unfair, especially in these hard times and also not to mention not being tech savvy, I came into the store with hopes that I can figure out how to get the discount that my app was not working for here at Homestead. I met Cesar the manager, not only did. He have extreme patients, even though I could not find or understand what he was telling me to click on. He helped me with my phone and the app made sure I got the discount and was able to purchase the food. He did everything with extreme sensitivity and caring. He smiled. The whole time didnāt get frustrated . thank you, Cesar for helping me out. You donāt know how far not only with your help but your smile and the mile you went out of your way to help me. Thank you so much. Also, when I received the pizzas and they were put on the counter for me to purchase, I could see the fresh steam come out of them. The pizzas were excellent quality, fresh, hot, and ready to eat just like it says on the commercial the whole team works together clearly and everybody there was polite. This is my second time at the store, but my first time at this store but this is the first time I try to use the discount. When Cesar told me he was the manager. I completely understand why I hope whatever supervisors or corporate see this knows what a good employee and manager is and I hope that he rises up in the chain and it treated well just like he treats little Caesars customers. Thank you, Cesar.

Donāt bother placing a pick order because it will never be ready. I placed an order online for pick up at 5:47pm. Estimated pick up time 6:08-6:13. Itās 6:31 and the food is not ready. This is why I stay away for cheap places like this. You canāt even get someone to pick up the phone. Iāve been on hold for 7:30 minutes. Iāll take my money where I can get decent service. Never again.

Generally location seemed kinda grimy; however, nothing dirty per se. Location is small with no real place to wait for your food, no tables or chairs to wait at. I have had to ask for portions of my food or sauces almost every time I go, just make sure you check your order before you walk off

Worker of the name āGenasisā accourding to the reciept was being very disrespectful and ignorant. I was standing in lobby for 15 minutes before a worker came to ask if i needed help then she notified cashier to come to the front. Everytime i come this same girl is talking in the back never doing her job. These workers are all very disrespectful and the store reeks of weed. Only employee i like is the hispanic lady she always gets the job done when she helps.
