First of all, looks like ownership change and not for the good. Walked in to a 12 year old running the register, while ordering elderly lady making food starst sceaming in vietnamese interupting my ordering. Had to explain my order several times, ended up getting it wrong in more than one aspect. Overall unorganized, just seemed to be a clown show. It was very hard to watch. Bagels were flat and extremely chewy. Overall unsatisfactory experience, might try again later, maybe they will get more organized, but will not be back anytime soon. Previous owners are missed, they were pleasant and always smiling and happy all the time. Their bagels were the best around.

The middle-aged Asian woman on the counter was so rude. She wanted an immediate answer from customers and hated it when the customer customized their orders. She would sigh and give you the evil eye if she didn't get the response she wanted. She was disrespectful to the seniorlady behind me in the line, who ended up leaving and telling her how rude she was. My family refuses to buy from this business anymore. It doesn't matter how bad of a day you're having. You don't have the right to treat people like dirt, even if you own the business.

The turkey club takes finesse to eat because the contents kinda slide from between the bagels, but it was good. Actually overall better than I expected.

The staff is soooooo friendly. The place looked like it was filled with locals - going in and out. Got the bacon egg and cheese on an asiago cheese bagel. Not half bad - not on par with NYC but it's acceptable if you're in a pinch. The lox spread - mehh not enough lox in it to even be called lox spread to be honest. I wouldn't recommend it.

Yuck all 3 of my bagels were old, not afternoon old try made day 2 old. I could’ve saved my money and bought fresher ones at deli counter at Costco. Cream cheese was a bit on the harder side but tasted better then my flavorless stale bagels.

Great selection of bagels and cream cheese spread.The jalapeño bits in the bagels are mild, unlike the ones from other places that taste just like plain.The jalapeño spread is mild as well. My fav spread!Tips: don't put jalapeño spread on the jalapeño bagels. 1 + 1 is still 1 in this case.
