Extremely limited vegan selection. Two sizes available, regular and large. Way better deal getting the large as you get about 50% more food for only a couple dollars more.
Order at the counter and take your ramen with you.
Though limited in choices, the ramen was extremely tastey, and the noodles were SO good. The broth had a bit of spice, but very mild. The faux meet was good, though would have liked a tofu option. If you like veggies, you might want to order extra as they were limited in the order I got, though there was a lot of cabbage.
Overall, delightful quick ramen while passing through Cupertino.

Good udon consitency and quite good soup base. I recommend the tonkotsu-style soup. The tempura is really good. The acoustics could be improved.
