The food is good but they play games with portions and I’m tired of asking them for extra when they didn’t add enough meat or sauce.When they first opened everything was great but recently theres been long wait times due to no longer having two people prepare dishes and when I do get to place my order the person just slaps half a scoop of meat and moves on. Especially annoying when they gave the person before and after proper portions.I doubt this is a mistake and more like corporate guidance to pinch as many pennies as they can. I’m happy to eat elsewhere from now on.I am editing my review to 1 star, would go lower if I could. They are playing games with the menu and now my favorite dish only includes one lame scoop of meat. Just one single scoop. No thanks I’d done eating here.

Udon was delicious, beef was cooked well, sauces were yummyKid-friendliness: The setup is a little difficult for kids. It's kind of intended for one tray per person and fitting multiple bowls on a tray is a little hard, but they have plenty of high chairs and space to use them, so overall it's good.
This place always hits the spot! I love the online ordering feature. It makes it easy to pick up my lunch quickly during my lunch hour

I had curry udon and kitsune udon.The udon itself was good, but the dashi broth and curry beef broth were salty. I do eat quite salty at home but the saltiness for both bowls were more than the normal range.
I'm glad they've opened a new location other than the Valley Fair Mall. However, parking at this plaza can be quite hectic. I've visited numerous times, and the food and service are consistently good. Occasionally, the shrimp tempura service can be slow. My go-to is the BK Udon, hot or cold depending on the weather, but I wish they were a bit more generous with the BK sauce. For tempura, I enjoy the shrimp, zucchini, sweet potato, and chicken (more like karaage than katsu). The new rewards program is exciting, especially since I'm a regular diner. Despite peak hours, there's always seating - a fantastic spot for affordable and delicious udon!

I love this place, been here for 4,5 times, every-time I come, the food is so the same delicious. I love the way they keep everything very neat and clean, vegetable's so fresh, and the servers are pretty nice and friendly, they treat me like a queen. I'll be back soon.
