Their matcha floats are always the best!!
A must try!
Best matcha latte and lemonade.
Tried the Maiko ice cream and loved it. The line seems to be long but not too bad for the wait.
Good taste! Nothing to complain about.
Skip this place. The portion you get is nothing like the picture. I guess the picture on their menu is only from one side of the cup, since the other side would have been empty. Imagine paying almost $10 and getting a cup that’s only a little over 1/2 full on one side with nothing but air on the other half and the staff playing it off that it’s regularly this way. There are better places to waste your money at then here. Way Overpriced for the portion and taste.
One of the best matcha soft serves in town!

LOVEEE the desserts here, soooo good!!! However, beware of long lines especially on the weekends. Most people just stand to eat the ice creams (it’ll be gone so quick anyway lol), but there are some seatings available if you can snag them quick enough.

Really bad service, they don’t even follow the order, waiting for more than 10 minutes, but there is no customer before me with 3 staff working there.

There matcha lattes are so good compared to other places that sell matcha, their price is the same as other places with low quality matcha. while there matcha has a lot of matcha with the perfect sweetness

Worst matcha latte I’ve had. Really powdery and the strawberry compote at the bottom tasted rotten. It started separating and there was a layer of green just sitting at the bottom. First time trying and I don’t think I’ll go back. Not worth the hype.

If you want Kyoto quality Matcha soft serve, this is the place to go. The flavor is refreshing and just enough bitterness and not astringent. It will definitely give you a buzz if you're caffeine-sensitive like me.
It's inside the Valley Fair Mall which can get extremely crowded with long lines to this kiosk. I definitely recommend coming on a weekday when it is a tad slow so that you won't get overstimulated. Delicious.

You can't go wrong with the matcha soft serve. It comes in a waffle cone! It's not too sweet, just the right amount. At times it was a little bitter due the matcha flavor. Big enough to share with another person. As of today, the total after tax came to $7.

Came here to meet up with my friend since she loves matcha. I ordered this fancy dessert I don’t remember the name of since it was like 15 minutes before closing ? and they seemed to be out of hojicha. The workers were still very polite and as you can see, the finished product is still very nice.
It reminded me of the parfaits I would get in Japan, and the mochi balls are a great touch. I’m not likely to get ice cream here again, but I had a good experience there and recommend it ?
