I ordered a Bacon Quarter Pounder but there was no bacon despite my being charged for it. This is effectively theft, I was charged for products that were not provided and I was not provided a refund when I reached out to corporate about the mistake.
Your food lacks quality, your service lacks seriousness, and your prices are out of control. If your food was affordable, I'd be more willing to let mistakes like this go, but when you charge 15 dollars per combo meal and can't even serve the right combo meal when ordered but instead serve a cheaper one, I'm just going to decide to eat at other fast food restaurants so that I don't get scammed.

This McDonald's in Stevens Creek and Saratoga is NOT 24HRS. I asked Google for a McDonald's close to my home that is 24 hrs open and it showed me to this location. I went out from work late and reached this place before 12am, Tuesday. Nope, it's not 24 hrs open. Google wasted my time.
