Ordered the fried chicken salad:
1) Food value was fair. There was a lot of salad to much on. 2) Ants crawling around on the bar-seating counter-tops. Furthermore there was a persistent fly. It was not fun to have to defend my food during dine-in from both. 3) Lots of signage highlighting various deals from 'unlimited milk tea', to 'Chicken + Boba deal'. It was confusing to determine which deals were active, and what their details were.
Overall the food was tasty, but the interior maintenance could be improved.

I ordered the basil popcorn chicken and boba for take out on UberEats, they had a BOGO for the popcorn chicken and boba. (we ate a box in the car)
Really good value, but the food was okay. Good portion size for the cost. The chicken was crispy, the batter was seasoned. At the store they have spices on the side that you can add to the chicken. Very standard, chicken was neither moist or dry, not a lot of flavor in the meat, probably needed to be marinated a bit longer maybe? For the value and portion size, can't complain.
The milk tea is not as fragrant as other boba, it was on the darker side, but could not taste a lot of the notes that you usually get from assam tea. At least it was not watered down. The boba was soak in sugar and was on the sweeter side. Most of the boba had good texture a bit chew, but I had a few that were a bit dried up and hard, it lost its chewiness.
Waiting time is too long, have waited 1.5 hours. Not worth it

I placed my order online before coming to pick it up. The system showed an expected wait time of 15 minutes, but I’ve now been waiting here for over an hour and still haven’t received my meals. It’s just two lunch boxes. This delay is really frustrating.

I had such a great experience at Orange Square! The atmosphere is warm, modern, and welcoming — a perfect spot to relax, catch up with friends, or get some work done.
The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and the service felt genuinely thoughtful. I especially appreciated the small touches — clean space, good music at the right volume, and the kind smiles from everyone there.
Good and tasty food. Reasonable priced. Kids can eat free at certain time.
