A small restaurant located inside the valley fair food court. While the food is great I think the online ordering pick up process is a little messy. There is no line or area for customer to pick up the order. When the in person line is busy the cashier sometimes ignore your request to pick up the food for the online order for 5-10 mins. I would not recommend ordering online to pick up at this location.

I had a similar experience as Rich. Watch out for the short older Asian woman. I'm sure she's the one who Rich said "raised a hand" at him.
Anyway I ordered a plate via mobile. On the app it says "Go to the cashier and SAY you have a mobile order for (your name)." Well I do just that and the older Asian insists I show my phone, so I do. I even show you a preview of the text message they send when your order is ready.
At this point she tried grabbing my phone and touch it so she could see the entire text message. She kept saying "people try to come back! I have to see your phone!" I told her repeatedly my name and even pointed to the bag that was my order on their pick up ledge.
Finally another female employee came over and grabbed my orders simply confirmed my name and last four digits of my phone number and handed me the bag. No need to touch my phone or ask to see it. Unfortunately by this time the old woman had already done the damage.
Won't be back to this location. A customer who orders from here weekly. Not anymore. Good riddance.

Margaret is so friendly and professional very friendly . tam has a positive attitude very kind and organized and Luis prepared great flavourful meals at the store, the place itself is small but ultra clean and organize with a positive vibe they definitely deserve a good salary and a great recognition. Every time that i go to the store they made feel welcome. I highly recommend them and panda
