This morning at 7:50 I went to buy bread. There was only one cold loaf left. However, there were some unwrapped fresh breads inside the bakery. I asked if they could give me some fresh breads, I asked if I could have the new loaf, and the employee said, “That’s going to be used tomorrow. Buy the last loaf.” The employee thought the customer was a fool. Which bakery would make bread at dawn to sell tomorrow? I was so angry that I just left. I will never go back to the Paris Baguette branches in Santa Clara and Lawrence again. According to the employee, they sell stale bread. It was an act of deceiving the store and the customer.

The slice of cake tasted old, which was disappointing. I also ordered coffee, but after waiting 15 minutes, i had to ask about it turns out the server forgot my order. Not a great experience overall.

I often ordered cake for delivery and it was delicious. The taste wasn't much different from what I had in Korea. However, the sandwich-like bread made of croissants was saltier than I expected and the taste was disappointing for the price.

Came in yesterday morning with my mom and sister. My sister and I got a cold brew. The drink tasted off and my sister only took a sip of hers but I drank a good 1/4 of the drink to at least wake me up a little. It’s now 4AM the next day and I’m definitely still awake. In my bathroom. With a terrible stomach ache. I should’ve stopped when my sister did 😭 Pretty sure the milk they used went bad.

The pastries were great though and the workers were very kind.

I’ve been a fan of Paris Baguette for a while, and I’ve visited multiple branches around the Bay Area. However, my experience at the Santa Clara location left much to be desired. While their pastries and baked goods are typically known for being fresh and delicious, this particular branch seems to fall short in that regard.

On my recent visit, the selection on the shelves seemed to have been sitting there for far too long. Some of the items looked like they had been out for days, maybe even a week, without being refreshed. Compared to other Paris Baguette locations, where the baked goods are often warm, flaky, and clearly made fresh that day, this store felt like a stark contrast.

It’s disappointing because the quality control and freshness are usually what make Paris Baguette stand out from other chains. If you’re in the mood for fresh pastries, I’d recommend heading to one of their other branches in the Bay Area instead, where the standards seem to be much higher.

Here’s hoping this location steps it up, as it has the potential to offer the same quality as its sister stores.

The food is usually fresh and good. It's on the expensive side though. But today's pecan pie was the worst, very dry and not fresh at all. Service at this location isn't good. It used to be better a year ago.

I remember this Paris Baguette being better but it doesn't have the same vibe of excitement anymore. Maybe because it's in a dying strip mall. Still the pastries are great.

Love the mocha cake, coconut bunny cake, and the rainbow cake here. Not too sweet and perfect softness!

This is the world class bakery totally unexpected. Pastel di nata almost as good as Portugal, French pastries, almost as good as Paris.

Price is outrageous now. The same cake I used to buy is now 30% more expensive than less than 2 years ago. The portion goes down, price goes up, and very few customers on a weekend. Sad that corporate greed will run this place to the ground.

Helpful, patient staff. The most gorgeous, tasty pastries, cakes, and tea we've had in so long. Meticulously clean and pretty interior with a few tables outside in the shade. Definitely coming back soon.
