Very poor customer service - my sister & I arrived at 9:20 pm and they immediately refused to allow us to dine in when in fact they close at 10pm. After pushing back explaining how far we travelled to dine in and that pho isn’t a dish you take out, we were allowed to dine in. Then after we paid at exactly 10pm to respect their hours, we were rushed to exit. Despite us telling them that we were waiting for our uber, they didn’t care and forced us to wait outside in the cold. We will never return here & the food was MID.

Had the pho that is delicious due to the soup being low fat and low salt. Most places make their soup to fatty or salty. Service is quick.

Food taste different from other Pho Hoa in the area. I got just about every week to eat pho there.

The chicken taste weird

We went there evening and we are so tired and after we ate our soup we realized they forgot to serve the side vegetables. So we asked for discount and the server said that is nothing, for him it is nothing but that simple vegetable makes the soup more tasty. And he was a little rude in his response. For him it is nothing but that is important for us. So when I paid I did not gave him a tip. He did not even apologized for forgetting the side garnish/vegetable. We will not come back there anymore.

SCAM!!! THEY WILL OVERCHARGE YOU! I wish I listened to the other reviews. I ordered the regular size garlic pho which was $12.95 on the menu and the other person I went with ordered a large which was $14.25 on the menu. You can see the menu in many different reviews with the pricing. When I went to pay for my meal, my order was suddenly marked up to $15.95 and my friends meal was over $17. I asked the cashier why this happened, he said the prices were updated and they haven’t updated the prices on menus yet. Why not put up a sign? Or verbally tell customers about this change? Why keep it a secret until the customers are done eating?

On top of this, staff was rude and food was just okay. Definitely not worth the “new” price. After reading the other reviews and looking at how they respond, it’s obvious that all they care about is taking your money. They do not care about you as a customer, they care about your wallet. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!

Great Experience at Pho Hoa + Jazen Tea!

I recently visited Pho Hoa + Jazen Tea and tried both the Chicken Pho and the Veg Pho, along with their Avocado Rolls. The Chicken Pho was incredibly flavorful with tender pieces of chicken and a rich, aromatic broth. The balance of spices and herbs really brought out the authenticity of the dish.

The Veg Pho, on the other hand, was equally satisfying. The broth was light yet flavorful, packed with fresh vegetables, making it a great option for vegetarians. I appreciated how they didn’t compromise on flavor even without meat.

The Avocado Rolls were a pleasant surprise. Fresh, creamy avocado paired with crisp veggies made for a refreshing starter. The portion size was perfect for sharing, and they came with a delicious dipping sauce that complemented the rolls beautifully.

Overall, the service was friendly and attentive, and the ambiance was cozy. Definitely recommend this place for pho lovers!

When you go inside, it's cool and a nice breeze. The guy in front is a nice guy. Very helpful. The food was ok. Not like wow. I hate that they gave 2 shrimp. Like seriously wow.

I ordered food to go, and I received it very cold when I called them. I asked them they told me that’s the normal for them never happened before in this country.
Before you leave with the food be sure is hot and ready to eat
