Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I ordered specific spicy flavored tender and wings. I'm huge fan of popeyes, but this location food and service is worst. Their all chicken taste is terrible. Even, the chicken tastes gamey and soggy. Also, they never know which flavors they put in the bag. I found mild and different kind of spicy flavored chickens in one order. It's worth every penny for people who are looking for worst food for their haters. Otherwise, don't waste any penny.

I visited Popeyes in Westfield Mall and ordered 6 pc Ghost Pepper and 6 pc Signature Hot. After standing in a long queue and waiting a long time for my food, the staff member called out order numbers in such a low voice that in the crowded environment, I had to keep asking if my order was ready. The biggest disappointment was receiving two boxes of 6 pc Classic Chicken instead of what I ordered. Overall, very frustrating. Honestly, it’s better to visit a nearby Popeyes outside the mall for faster service and accurate orders.

Okay price for a combo with two pieces of chicken tender plus 1/4 lb of fried shrimp nuggets, and a side and a drink (around $17). The portion is good and the mango unsweetened green tea tasted nice - not very sweet. The chichen and shrimp we're ordinary - good that they were not very salty, but they didn't have much flavor either. The flavor came from the dipping sauce mostly. Fine for a quick meal.

Wow... I never tend to leave reviews but this place was BAD. I'm going to go through everything that happened in order. After I ordered I walked over to the counter to wait for my food. As I'm waiting at the counter for my food and I see a guy with just a tank top and shorts on and he has his kid with him. This kid is about 4-5 years old and he's just chilling behind the counter with all of the food. After a few minutes I decided to get a coffee from the place right across from the Popeyes. It takes about 4 minutes and when I walk back over to the counter and THEN the lady (I believe her name was Doris) starts to make my order. She was nice and it takes her about a minute and a half. Which would be fine if I didn't have to wait roughly 15 minutes for my food when all I ordered was a chicken sandwich, fries, and a drink (plus I was the only person there).
Also I'm not picky about it but I ordered a regular chicken sandwich and got a spicy sandwich instead. Overall, I'm not going there again lol

Easy to order at the kiosk. I ordered the Cajun Fries Small Size and it was a good portion. Very delicious. My first time ordering from Popeyes!! Fast service ? I got a rewards for a Free Sandwich with a spend of $10 for next time. Enjoyed it!

Extremely poor customer service as per the other reviews. Got scammed as they charged me a large order when I got a small and said no refunds when I brought it back. Remember to use your credit card! So you can cancel or dispute the charge if this happens to you!

After we got our order, our kid dropped his cup. We asked for a new cup, and the lady said that was our problem, not hers. Lady needs to touch grass if that triggered her so much.

Employees are so stingy. You pay $16 for a meal and they don’t want to give you sauce. It’s. Like the sauce comes out of their pay. It’s not worth it go to chipotle or Nick the Greek.

Ordered Wings 12pcs, so tiny lol. Taste good, ghost pepper just line normal spicy wings. Friendly staff.

Won't give out cup of water for my kid on $20 order (where we ordered drinks, but one cannot have soda/sugar). Lost my business, and staff didn't care one bit.
