This place was so good. I did not have to wait to long and it was my 1st trying this spot out. Even if I did have to wait I would it would be so worth it and the young man was so nice and helpful!!! I love ice so next time I would do 100% will be back

The boba was soggy, crumbly, and disgusting. The drink itself was below average. The service was not a problem. The boba generally sucked don’t go here.

Got the Strawberry Black Tea and the Roasted Oolong Milk Tea. 30% sugar and ice.
The Strawberry Black Tea was fine and the Roasted Oolong was a bit watery/lacking tea flavor.

Imagine waiting 20 minutes for your drink on consecutive days during your work break... it wasted the entire break. And the staff is too quiet when notifying the customers that their drink is ready. It's already loud enough in the mall, why whisper the order numbers? And they wouldn't even ask if you're there for pickup. They'd have you wait for a while until they're done making drinks before tending to you.

I usually come here before I go to work or after. The only thing I would complain about is how long you have to wait for your drink, recently I don’t have to wait long anymore(atleast under 6 minutes). Long before then I had to wait almost 20 minutes. But this isn’t the only reason why I give it 3 stars.

Boba is hard. Ordered Dragon fruit story with 50% sweetness level and it is still way too sweet for me. I guess they won’t be having me back as a customer.

Mismanaged. Confused. And overworked staff. Saw them having to remake 3-4 drinks. Pouring drinks form one size to another glasses etc. So basically just being wasteful.
Took almost 30mins to make non-specialized off the menu drinks. While we had just 1 person ahead of us.
And really it tastes yucky.
Do not stop here. Keep walking. Just glancing at this place will cost you time and energy. Ugh!
