It is always a long wait. We went there on a weekday and stood in the queue.
They don't allow Togo, so order appropriately.
1 bowl was sufficient for 2 people. They allow splitting of the bowl. Some other restaurants don't. So this was good.
They ask for your order upfront, so it does save time.
They have a vegan option.
Overall, a good place to try.

I've been to Ramen Nagi on many occasions, and often times have considered them to be the best tonkotsu broth ramen you can experience in the South Bay Area for a long time. It's no surprise that the location here in Valley Fair always has long lines, usually 1-2 hours at the front before you can be seated. What's even more surprising is how I haven't gotten to write a Yelp Review yet.
