This is no doubt the best Korean rice roll you can find in South Bay. Other dishes are good but not as memorable. I would skip Japchae as it is on the saltier side. Took off one star because their service is terrible. The waitress seems unhappy all the time. They don’t welcome small kids unless they can sit and eat like adults. You cannot wait inside for take out if you have small kids with you.

I recently ordered from Roll House for the first time after seeing positive reviews online, and unfortunately, my experience did not meet my expectations.
I placed an online pickup order for four separate rolls(not a combo), expecting them to be packed individually. However, when I arrived, three of the rolls were placed in a single box, which made it inconvenient for sharing. When I inquired with the waitress about getting two additional boxes, she rudely informed me that I should have added a comment for separate packaging and dismissed my request for extra boxes outright, even when I offered to pay for them.
Not only was the service disappointing, but the food was also underwhelming and not up to par with what I had anticipated. Overall, even with better service, I would not choose to return to Roll House.

Roll House is my go-to spot for Korean street food. I’ve been a regular customer for over ten years, and during that time, I’ve seen many staff members come and go. What started as a place primarily catering to Korean customers has now become a popular destination for people of all backgrounds who want to experience authentic Korean street food.
During the pandemic, I genuinely hoped this place would survive, and thankfully, it did. What has remained unchanged is the consistent taste and generous portions. The food can take a bit longer to arrive when it’s busy, but the quality and flavor always make it worth the wait.
One of the best things about Roll House is that no matter what you order, it’s guaranteed to be delicious and filling. If you're looking for comforting, home-style Korean food that feels like a taste of home, this is the place to go.

Although it took 40min for them to prepare two takeout dishes (fried shrimp roll and soon tofu), the food is amazing! Loved the Fried Shrimp Roll!!! Highly highly recommend the fried shrimp rolllll!!! Best Korean style sushi roll I’ve ever had! The rice layer is thin and the stuffing is very generous, fresh, and tasty. :)))

Had dinner with the family here. We unknowingly came in about ~20 minutes before closing, but the staff were still kind, patient, attentive, and provided excellent service. Thank you!
We ordered 2 dolsot bibimbaps (served on sizzling stone plates), a regular bibimbap, and mandu guk (dumpling soup.) Everything was delicious, and we really enjoyed our meal. Highly recommended.

The amount of food here is more than you can imagine. Since it was an appetizer, I thought it would only be a little, so I ordered two, and ended up hurting my nose. The rice wasn't just one serving, like two figurative servings, but it was actually two servings. It tasted good too.
The amounts of the foods were more than I thought. Since they were appetizer, I thought it's gonna be a few pieces of fried squids and dumplings, but no. They were a lot more and bigger than what I expected. Same with the main meal. So sad that I couldn't finish lots of good food there.

I had a placed a pickup order from this store this Sunday. After telling the store I’m for a DoorDash pickup, they started treating me as none existent. I waited till the DoorDash app says food is ready to pickup, when I was try to confirm, the staff didn’t talk or any form of eye contact when I need their help. I had to say “hello?”, but staff replied in a rude manner that I should look for another confirmation message on my App (btw there was no another confirm on the App). and straight ignore my existence ever since.
I’m not sure if this is their regular attitude towards pickup orders or if they have confused me with DoorDash courier, but I won’t visit again.
