I was expecting food court quality at a high Valley Fair price, but was pleasantly surprised. My daughter and I split an order of lo mein, mango chicken, and grilled chicken, and we filled up on the one order. That's $6 per person for a satisfying hot lunch. The workers were very nice, gave us samples of anything we wanted to try, and were generous in their serving size. It's a great option if you are short on time while at the mall.

All foods are too salty! No good for our kidney! I spoke to the chef to reduce the salt in all their meals! Fried rice, Thai noodles, fish, shrimp, mix vegetables, chicken curry, bang bang chicken! That's all our orders and everything is salty! We didn't finished our foods! Me and my daughter had lunch there! Considering it's my birthday today and it's my first time to eat at EUBY THAI KITCHEN in Westfield Santa Clara Ca! I CANNOT FORGET IT

Surprisingly really good. Glad to be supporting a local business especially at valley fair. Everyone be hating on this place smh. Workers are so kind and friendly. They even give free samples. Honestly really good for the price. Mango chicken and Thai shrimp were fire!!

Their pad Thai is good but meat entrees are over salted. They scam you at checkout. They add tip to your bill without informing you. How does a $11.99 2 combo entree become over $15 even with tax? On top of that they don’t give you a receipt.

A simple way to put this is "okay." A couple of coworkers and I DoorDashed Ruby Thai during a long shift. One of my coworkers said the food was good, but it left her running to the bathroom. For me, the food was okay and I had no other issues. Would definitely choose to try something different next time.

This place is a hidden gem in valley fair. Pad Thai rice noodles and green chicken curry is always my go to. Lots of people who haven't tried are always looking but trust me. They're fast. Food is super good. And they are pretty good portions. Service is always good. They're always happy and welcoming.. Ambiance is good. Small corner spot. Easy to find and way to find seating close by. Try it on your next visit.

honestly i get where the people come from with all the bad service reviews but honestly i found the food delicious i had to get it twice its about the same price as almost everything else the people helping me were funny and cool i understand why they get hate but it was all fun and games
The lady working there wouldn't give me any more water after 2 cups. Every time we went back she gave us less and less water. Do not recommend if u want water

My latest purchase was on April 20th 2023 and I had not been there for over 4 months.My standard order was noodles along with mango chicken and grilled chicken.So I don't know what happened they may have changed ownership but this meal was not the same as before. The noodles were okay but both chicken items were nowhere near as good as in the past.Maybe they were just having a bad day but I don't plan to go back there anymore.One thing I've learned in life is that everything changes over time occasionally for the better but generally not!

As far as Thai Kitchens go this location has the least varying quality in their food, usually pretty solid.Other locations I've been to are sometimes the best I've had and then other times the worst I've ever had. Here at least it's pretty consistent.
