Best noodle sip in the Bay Area also the employees are so friendly and respectful I really recommend this place my family and me return every weekend we love Thai food and this one is the good one
The portion sizes were generous at Ruby Thai Kitchen in the Westfield Valley Fair mall, and the prices were fair for a mall food court. The service was fast and efficient. However, this isn’t authentic Thai cuisine. The Pad Thai was overly too sweet, and didn’t have the balance of flavors you’d expect from a traditional Thai dish. The seasonings of the entrees are more like Chinese-style food, rather than Thai-style.

As far as Thai Kitchens go this location has the least varying quality in their food, usually pretty solid.Other locations I've been to are sometimes the best I've had and then other times the worst I've ever had. Here at least it's pretty consistent.
