if i could give this a 0 star for service i would. this place has zero Accommodations for allergies.. I tried to order the beef bento box and told the guy at the register that I was allergic to crab and if I could switch the California rolls with something different like perhaps extra dumplings instead and he told me no, i’ve never had any problems with accommodations with any restaurant til today with Sarku. However, i asked him if he could just take out the california rolls entirely and he said no.. then said “get the normal teriyaki plate with dumplings on the side” which ended up being more money then the bento box.. my order was teriyaki combo with dumplings on the side for 18$ and the bento is 14$ .. being charged extra money just because this restaurant cannot accommodate allergies is crazy. on top of that they gave me the tiniest amount of teriyaki (which was tasty) .. first and last time ever coming here would never recommend. paying almost 20 bucks for rice and veggies is ridiculous.

come here often or order delivery from this place.
It used to be one of my favorite spots, but lately the quality has gone down.

I always order extra items and I know exactly how my order should look.
However, the guys at the serving counter don’t really pay attention — they just scoop and move on.
And this isn’t the first time.

I understand it can get busy and hot during rush hours, but I even came when there were almost no people — and it happened again.

On top of that, my last order had undercooked shrimp.
I’m really disappointed with how things have changed.
The guys at the counter are just not attentive.
But the cashier is great — polite and attentive.

I’ll update my review if things improve.

I ordered through Door Dash .I paid for extra shrimp.I only had. 6 shrimps in total .Just horrible .Aboud delivery from this place
