The Sizzler was conveniently right next to the Hilton where we were staying. Our first time going and the Service from the Cashier taking our order was Horrible!!! So not used to being treated like this. We definitely Will NOT EVER go back!! Management needs to make sure their Employees treat Customers with Respect!!

I was not familiar with Sizzlers as a chain, so walking in I was a little surprised. From the popularity of the "endless salad bar" I'm assuming that is one of the main reasons people come. I ordered a steak and fries. We were provided with two slices of garlic bread, which was soggy, and my steak was tough to the point where I couldn't chew it. So while I like the concept of a low cost steam experience, that shouldn't be an excuse for bad food. Won't...

The plastic fork broke while cutting the meat.
The potatoes were hard, and the steak was overly salty.

The only decent menu items here are the burger and French fries.
The French fries are seasoned, so there’s no need for dipping sauce.
