Great service at this location. There is one guy at the drive thru that is especially awesome. He always seems upbeat and positive. Give him a raise. Wish I knew his name. Drive thru gets busy but moves along well.

My home starbucks. Also happens to be one of the few open until 10. They always get my customized drinks right and tasty, versus other starbucks that will forget the same modifications it seems consistently. The drive-through can get insanely packed at times, so do yourself a favor, and order pick up ahead in the app. The team is extremely nice there, and will frequently welcome you into the store if they aren't too busy. Super glad that they have seating opened again.

I had been going to a different Starbucks with a drive through on El Camino, but came to this location very early one morning. I've been back many times since. The drive through staff members are always so friendly and my drinks have always been great. It's nice to see a friendly face in the morning!

I don't come here often but this place was really great with respects to service and offerings. It wasn't too crowded either and there was plenty of parking. This place appears to be better managed than the nearby location at Monroe and Lawrence.

Worst experience ever! ! ! I ordered cold drinks with added matcha cream ahead. They put the wrong cream, and I told the guy they did wrong. But the old white guy told me I shouldn’t order ahead too early. It doesn’t matter how early I order the drinks, I like melted drinks, but you didn’t follow the instructions which also a paid add-on. Never come to this one. Choose a better one with better service.
