I usually take chae to late from this store. But today I asked the worker there for restroom ,he asked to pay first. This is bad manners disrespectful to customers. I told him I use to take tea today but if you have such an attitude I will not take tea. Rude worker.

Got food poisoning here. Ordered an iced green tea and a grilled cheese, and started to get very sick about an hour later. It has lasted all day and I am still sick the next day as well.

The manager with black hair i think latinx was very rude and refused water without minimum $20 purchase seemed very prejudice too

Came on wensday on may 28 the place was closed but website said it opens at 5am then employees told to it open at 5:15am made me waste my time

so i come in here because im homeless & i know that the water is free old lady black curly hair with glasses for water sir you need to make purchase we are not going to keep continuing to filling your bottle when cup of water is free next time ask excuse me is this is for water bottle i apologize but we are not able to fill up your water bottle & i left so next time don't accept or volunteer to give someone of cup of water genius

Cheese Danish a favorite,w/ a Carmel ribbon crunch. Double blended . Service is great and fast always get my order rite.
Great customer service. They didn't really know how to make my usual drink, but it's okay because I also did not know how to ask for it in Spanish.

They make the best Oleatos. Perfect and excellent always. They should teach the other stores how to do it right - especially the other Starbuck stores in Santa Clara.
