Looking at the vegetables and other items at this restaurant, I worry I might become ill after eating there; everything seems stale. I requested a specific type of bread and received something different. They skimp on the cheese and everything else. It's amusing how they pretend to add the ingredients you ask for, only to include a few and return the rest. The Latina woman working there seems to know the tricks of the trade quite well. When another Latino man enters, he receives special treatment, of course. This is one of the most disappointing and shadiest Subway locations. Please avoid.

They accept coupons, and maintains consistency.

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the treatment I received at your Subway location today. Upon requesting to use the restroom, an employee informed me that it was for employees only, denying me access. This policy seems unfair and unacceptable, as all customers should have the basic right to use restroom facilities when needed. I hope this matter can be addressed promptly to ensure a more welcoming environment for all patrons.

Not the best place to order food when they say it's ready but guess what it never is . You will be told it's ready and be waiting in line with a bunch of other people told the same

This is now the second time I have gotten sick from this subway location. First time this happened I figured I had caught a stomach bug or it was something i had eaten earlier and didn't wanna pin point the location but this second time experiencing the same symptoms after eating here and not having eaten all day. No other subway location has ever given me issues and I get the same sandwich every time.

I would avoid this Subway location!! They don't follow the franchise menu standards and the bread was not fresh. I have been to many Subways in Sunnyvale over the years so I know what a normal Subway sandwich is like. I stopped to get lunch at this location today for the first time and didn't even think twice that my sandwich would end up being any different than a normal Subway sandwich. Boy was I wrong! My sandwich was made with hardly any meat at all. It looked like there was only 3 very thin pieces of sliced deli meat and they were spread open to try and cover the bread surface instead of being folded and overlapped as usual. I also noticed the bread looked odd as the color was very light and it narrowed to a much smaller size starting from the middle. I thought maybe that batch of bread was made by someone new and in training so I didn't say anything about it as I assumed it would taste good as usual. I did ask for more meat to be put on because it looked so sparse, like it wouldn't even satisfy a 3-year old kid! The guy making the sandwich grumbled that I'd have to pay for extra meat. I thought that was a joke but didn't feel like the hassle so I said okay. He added some, but not a whole lot more. My sandwich didn't come close to looking like the Subway sandwich pictures on the wall. Anyway, when I got home and bite into the sandwich, the bread was stale! I was so disappointed! It wasn't very good and I had to pay more than usual for this stale sandwich that I didn't end up eating much of. I'll never go back to this location!!! Why would I when there are so many other locations that treat their customers fairly?

Look at the pictures. My family ordered online for me. Subway got it wrong, extremely wrong. No spinach, or tomato, there are pickles and jalepenos that I didn't want, didn't want cucumbers either. My daughter spotted that they put on my tuna sub what she had ordered on her meatball, which was a completely different order. Extremely disappointed.

I'm writing on behalf of my father and uncle. They had a coupon for a buy one, get one free sandwich. My uncle gave the cashier the coupon and when my father came to pay, the cashier said there was no coupon. My father pointed to the coupon on the counter, and they would not honor it. How could the cashier not remember a coupon given to them in a 5-10 minute interaction?? With only 1 other customer inside the store??? My father even asked them to check the cameras, but he was just ignored and they just turned their backs on him, all denying it wasn't his coupon. The female employee even smirked. Absolutely infuriating experience.

The food was great, but the staff were very unprofessional and unkind. My problems started when I asked for Italian bread but changed my mind and asked for herbso and cheese. The employee looked at me with judgement and a attitude. I didn’t think much of it until some steak got on my food. As a vegetarian, I prefer subway because they change their gloves after touching meat or veggies, but I was surprised to see that they made 9 sandwiches without a single change of gloves. Usually I would ask the employees to remake it, but I didn’t want to cause a commotion because the employee was already annoyed at me. And on top of that, when she went to ring me up, I wanted to use a coupon. Since my son was there too, I had a coupon for a 7 dollar foot long and a 10 dollar 6 inch meal. Usually, subway employees split up the transactions and let me use both coupons. So I politely asked the employee if she could do this for me, and to my surprise, with a attitude, she said no. So I understood and paid, and went to a table to eat. When I sat down, I heard her say, I didn’t want to split up the order because It was too much work ( in Spanish). I was furious at that moment but I stayed calm and composed. There were 2 employees and 1 of them locked the doors way before closing time. Then I saw them making tick tocks in the back. The employees looked like good friends that wanted to make some cash, and didn’t care about their job. I am very disappointed in the experience I had at this subway, and I hope corporate sees this. I DONT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS SUBWAY!!!!!

This is the Subway Sandwich shop at the Lawrence Station Shopping Center at Homestead & Lawrence Expressway. It's across from the Kaiser Medical Center in Santa Clara. It was about 7pm on a Friday, and it was my first time trying this location. My first impression of the place was that it's somewhat small. I had to wait a bit to order, as the customer ahead of me was ordering four sandwiches. That gave me time to walk around and checkout the place. Pros:- large parking lot- clean and new counter and fixtures- neat and organized food and condiments trays- friendly staffNegs:- limited dining area inside- no restroom (that I could see inside)- menu is mainly "subway series" sandwiches- chip rack is on the floor (photo)Okay, so I step up and order the Supreme Meats (#4) Sandwich from the Subway Series menu. The young lady asked what I want added to it, and I added mayo and mustard. I figure mayo and mustard can only make a cold cut sandwich better. The Supreme Meat sandwich is all about Black Forest ham, Genoa salami, pepperoni, and capicola (pork). Then the standard sandwich also has provolone cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, and banana peppers. Optional is the MVP Parmesan Vinaigrette. I think that vinaigrette dressing gave my sandwich a weird taste, I'll pass on it next time. Overall, I had a good experience here. The two young ladies serving me were very friendly and answered all my questions. Also, they offered to add more toppings to the sandwiches. They told me they do alot of delivery orders. The one thing I didn't like was the menu board is mainly "subway series" sandwiches. Anything else is a small side menu for "build it yourself" sandwiches.

They got my whole sandwich completely wrong! I asked for just what comes on the type of sandwich that I ordered and they added every possible extra veggie that they could! They added things that I can’t even eat. I’m not sure if they charged me extra for all of that, but looking back on it now, my order came out really high. I didn’t question it, because I ordered for three people at the time. My order came out to over $40 for three people.
