Came on Wednesday for happy hour, and they were busy! They only had 2 servers working, but they were very efficient! We ordered the black garlic tonkatsu and intense mala broths. Both were really good! The mala broth wasn’t too spicy (even though we ordered extra spicy). The meats were great, and I especially enjoyed the Wagyu and beef toro cuts. They had a large selection of sides and veggies as well. I’d definitely come again, and happy hour pricing is so worth it!

I am writing to formally report a serious issue with my recent pickup order.

The restaurant marked the order as “ready for pickup,” which is what prompted me to drive to the restaurant. When I arrived, I was informed the order had not even been started. I then asked for the order to be cancelled, yet the staff refused to cancel it, leaving the order active despite my clear request.

This is not a minor operational mistake, it is a severe breach of trust. Marking an order as “ready” when it is not is a deliberate misrepresentation, and it appears to be an attempt to artificially improve the restaurant’s ranking metric on the delivery platform. This kind of conduct is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the honesty and reliability of business practices. It also hurt the trust of the delivery platform.

Great value! Not the fancy type but very worthy your money compared to the fancy ones. My husband rated the meat here as his favorite. I love the vegetarian options.

Not a bad choice if you're looking for a variation to hot pot.

Had the black garlic oil tonkotsu, which is fine, not particularly fragrant like black garlic, but left a perfumed impression.

It'll run up about $45 per person for AYCE, and it's fine. The beef toro and chuck are good enough. Vegetable options are OK, would not recommend for vegetarians though.

We had such a great experience at Taichi Hot Pot thanks to our waiter, Leandro! He was incredibly attentive throughout our meal and made sure we had everything we needed. I really appreciated his patience, he took the time to walk us through the menu and explain the different options, which made the whole experience so much easier and more enjoyable. Leandro also made us feel very comfortable, creating a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere from start to finish. His service really stood out and made our visit extra special. The food was really delicious and it was a great price for the amount of food we received. I will definitely be returning!

The food is great, our server Jeanette was friendly and the service was very fast! I suggest trying the American wagyu and sukiyaki soup base. Not too crowded on a Sunday lunch and prices were reasonable

They are wonderful people with a genuine care for serving food lovingly, they have a good amount of vegetarian options. Loved the housemade udon noodles and the litchi beer they serve. Best best people ever we stayed over 45 mins past their closing time and they had zero complaints, I absolutely love this place

It's all you can eat. It used to be one-price for everything you could order. Now they changed it to 2 levels and raised the price. The cheaper option offers very limited meat and the more expensive one allows everything. The soup is good but beverage (non-alcoholic) is not included. The place is clean. Plenty of parking in the parking lot.
