If you're craving a burger this is definitely the place to come to!! SO much variety and they make their own chips and provide free pickles which are very refreshing to add to your burger!! Went here for a dinner with friends before a comedy show and I love that they're open all day so we could head over for an early meal before our 7pm show in Santa Clara! The person taking the order was so friendly and the process is so easy with the huge menus - easy to read and with SO MANY choices - burgers, salads, sandwiches, wraps, tons of sides to pick from in different sizes. And their drink selections are great - I LOVE diet dr. pepper which many places don't serve so I was super happy!!! The drinks are a self serve which is super helpful. They don't leave out napkins but servers walking around are happy to provide extra for you when you ask. So you order - get a number - find a table (which there are many options with high tops, regular seating, bar seating, outdoor seating... The food comes out fairly quickly and it's DELICOUS!! We got the ABC Burger which has avocado, bacon and cheddar cheese! My friends got it and devoured it. They said it was really good... They also enjoyed their sweet potato fries! Love the waffle shape and they had different dips they provided which were delicious. I got the Havarti Shroom! SO GOOD - especially when you add in the pickles! Hubby got the Seared Ahi Tuna Sandwich which he also devoured - having the skinny crispy fried onions provided a lot of texture and flavor. I may have to get that myself next time. And we shared a side of onion rings - crispy - wasn't oily tasty with a super light batter. For a "side" they give you a lot... I also added pics from our first visit there when they first opened. I got the short rib grilled cheese sandwich! OMG DECADENT... I LOVED that sandwich and SO filling! Hubby went completely opposite and went healthy and got the falafel wrap which he enjoyed - was light and tons of veggies with the falafel. LOVE this place - service is great - friendly and fast. and FOOD and options! hands down the BEST!! I love they give you so many options - decadent to healthy!! Our go to for burgers and sandwiches and just American classics for SURE!!

I would like to start off by saying that Sal, Alan &Anthony are amazing. Food is already amazing and so is the service. It's right across the street from my work and i either go for lunch or after work drinks which are amazing. defiantly recommend for drinks or food.

I placed an order today for pickup at around 11:30am. I was not able to input the pickup time which is at 2pm and so I called the location (SANTA CLARA LOCATION) that I wanted to change pick up time to 2pm (10min after I made the order online). The person on the phone told me that the food is ready and there's nothing for me (and for him) to do. I said well I can only pick up the food I paid for at 2pm and he's just like then it'll be ready since it's been made now. The thing is, I don't want to eat almost $40 worth of soggy food. I asked the guy if I could cancel and he said I can't cancel because the food is ready. What kind of customer service is that?? And then he goes to saying that I should've called as soon as I ordered online if I made a mistake and I said I literally did 10min after I made the order and he was like "well it also took us 10min to make the order". What a smartass.

Who LOVES good food??? ME! It is time to check out THE STAND! Burgers & fries are tasty. They even make there own chips! Love the ranch dressing as well. Free pickles! I just had their Chinese Chicken salad...yum! Unlimited soda & tea plus some fruit drinks. Atmosphere pretty nice ...they even have a full bar. Sign up with the app...just received FREE Fries.... Pretty busy on a Friday evening but food came out within 15 mins. Parking lot can get quite chaotic now with all the hype spots like La Casa Mia and Mikiya Wagyu Shabu House. I got the ultimate egg stand burger, stand fries, and the cookies n cream shake. They also gave free sample of potato chips in a cup which was a nice gesture! Ultimate egg burger: right off the bat on the first bite, I could tell that it was overly salted. I think it was the bacon. I ended up having to remove it to be able to eat the burger. The burger minus bacon was great! I appreciated how they let you pick how you want your meat cooked. It was juicy and flavorful and I liked the egg and aioli. Definitely heavy and filling. Fries: pretty standard fries, nothing special. They did come out fresh and piping hot though! These come with your choice of dipping sauce. I got ranch and the ranch was flavorful and had a thick aioli-like consistency. Shake: quite sweet and very milky, personally loved it! Plenty of indoor seating, bar seating, and patio seating with tent covering. Overall, would come back again to try other menu items and would love to get the shake again :)

I received some coupons in the mail for TS (buy one get one entree free, buy one get one half off, free beverage, etc.) and took my little brother here to check it out. We both had a positive experience! He ordered a burger, the "house burger", and proclaimed it perfectly cooked. He liked his fries except that they were a bit hard. We both got the Cookie Butter Crunch Milkshake, and this was such a treat. It's made with Biscoff cookies (the ones you always hope to get on a plane!) and it was so delicious. I got the French Onion Soup Burger, which was incredibly good. You can customize anything, but I chose to get it as it normally comes, so I could have the experience of getting it as it was intended. The bun has Parmesan in it and the burger comes with a side of actual French onion soup that you can pour on your burger or just sip. I also got sweet potato fries and they were amazing, done perfectly and the texture was cool. It tasted very fresh. We were also encouraged to take complimentary samples of chips and pickles. This was a fun touch and my little brother is a pickle lover, so he appreciated it. We enjoyed the music playing and everyone was really nice there. Isabelle took our order and also brought us our food. She was excellent and provided great service!

First time coming to The Stand, but second time at this location since it used to be The Grub (also offered similar items: burgers, fries, etc.). I like these fast casual establishments sometimes since you order and pay first then pick your seats. FRENCH ONION SOUP BURGER: Yum! This burger comes with au-jus and I really enjoyed dipping every bite into the lightly seasoned broth and pairing it with the softened onion slices. It was appropriately named and perfect for those that love onions in all forms: red wine onions, crispy onion straws! Double whammy for my fellow cheese lovers too because they melt parmesan onto the bun so it gets all crusty and adds to the overall flavor of the burger as well. It's just a little messy with all the juices flowing out, but if you can get past being a little messy, I recommend this one! BIG BLUE: I'm on team blue cheese so this was a no brainer. It was super refreshing with the arugula and the grilled onions were caramelized so it added some sweetness, along with the bbq sauce which was an interesting inclusion but worked well! STAND FRIES: The fries were thick cut, but not the size of steak fries. Crispy with some skin on. Nothing stand out, just good for what it was. They are hefty sized burgers, so be prepared! I asked for some Fire Sauce on the side, which was spicy and nice (not sriracha-based at all like I had expected). Customer service was great even though they were no waitstaff, just cashier and servers bringing food out from the kitchen.

I was upset to hear that the Grub was gone and replaced.. The Stand was a blessing in disguise though! Very similar aura to the Grub restaurant, but with a certain type of hype & ambiance now.. I wish this joint was around when I was in high school just down the street!! The bartender & servers are nice, and thankfully you don't have to wait so dreadfully long for your food as well.. I am sad their limited edition burger I get often isn't there anymore, but excited to try their new French Onion Soup Burger + Au Jus :-)
