Pretty average hotel. Giving it 4 stars given it included breakfast and happy hour. The bartenders and omlette maker were excellent and friendly. Other breakfast staff seemed less than thrilled to be there but overall went about their tasks and kept out of guests way. The rooms could definitely use some updating and the layout was quite awkward being right next to the stairwell. The room felt cramped and the bathroom small to maneuver in. Not sure if all rooms were that way but...

Excellent Embassy Suites, This hotel is Clean and in a great location. Check in was wonderful, and Kevin is Exemplary. The Breakfast was outstanding and made to order Omelets were delicious. Happy Hour was also great, and hotel is very clean and very updated. I flew into SFO, and was a easy drive, about 30 minutes to get here and close to many great restaurants also. As a Diamond Elite highly recommend this hotel.

My daughter and I stayed here during a team event in January. We were assigned a room on the 5th floor, away from the craziness of the elevator. This Embassy Suites is almost exactly like every other. However, there isn't the large atrium you are used to. However, keep in mind, that did not detract from our stay. The breakfast in the morning was absolutely top notch. It was very well stocked, clean, and that made to order omelet/egg station is to die for. An excellent assortment...
