I called into order for takeout, when I came in the girl with checkered shirt and black hair accidentally tried giving the order for free, to be ethical I let her know I need to pay, and I don't feel comfortable taking free food. I paid $17 for a medium nutty bowl. When I told the girl with aqua hair that I ordered extra peanut butter on top and inside and paid for it she asked me to show my bowl and prove it and then she started bartering and arguing over giving me a side of peanut butter on the side despite paying extra $2. The whole exchange was unnecessarily hostile. Mind you they were accidentally giving me a free bowl so the fact the girl with hair dyed hair was bartering over this was so pointless.

Not worth $15 for the Morning Glory Wrap. Idk if it's because I ordered online, but they totally skimped on filling the wrap. I would expect this ratio of wrap to filling at Taco Bell, not a store that charges $15 per wrap. A wrap should not be this empty and wrinkly. In addition, the wrap itself is very flakey and crumbly and poor quality. Severally disappointed and still hungry 🙄

Ordered for pick up and store wasn’t even open at 9:20am

The bowls are filled a little over half way. That’s an almost half empty cup! And with the toppings it doesn’t even fill the whole cup. What a scam.
The BEST smoothie and bowls around. Groovy Guava is amazing.

Store at least looks clean inside. I came around opening ~9:11am and no one was inside until 10 minutes later which I don’t blame employee with all the traffic in the area. My problem was really how I ordered a bowl with 2 types of extra toppings (had to pay extra) and it seems like I got even less of the toppings than if I were to just get the regular amount. Save your money, don’t opt for the add-ons

The bowls and smoothies at Vitality Bowls are incredibly good — fresh, flavorful, and worth coming back for. The quality of the food itself is not in question; it’s excellent.
What leaves a bad taste, however, is the complete lack of customer service. Ordering through a tablet kiosk is fine for convenience, but being prompted for a tip afterward feels misplaced. Tipping is meant to be a gratuitous show of appreciation for service — the act of someone going above and beyond their job title and not simply what they are hired to do. When there is zero direct service involved, asking for a tip at a self-serve kiosk comes across as opportunistic, not earned.
If Vitality Bowls wants to maintain customer goodwill, I strongly suggest removing the tip screen from the self-service kiosks. Tips should never feel obligatory, and they certainly shouldn’t be solicited in situations where customer service is absent.
If tips are expected, please bring back proper customer service and quicker food preparation speeds at this location. Someone should be at the register when a customer walks in (or quickly thereafter), this would be examples of reasons to be gratuitous.

I had one of the signature bowls—the Dragon bowl—and it was tasty. Fresh ingredients and great flavors. Definitely hit the spot. I’ll be back for sure to try the other ones!

Got the “wholesome hummus toast” and there was barely any hummus. Disappointing

Smoothie tasted like a watered down, frozen vitamin water. Not sweet at all, was much more like a slushie than a smoothie.

They fill the bowl way less than they should! Attached is a picture of a large nutty bowl, the actual bowl is only half filled and they threw some granola on top to make it reach 75%.
Compared to other franchises, this is disappointing. Lost all my trust and forced me to write a review.

Gross “panini”. Soft and soggy inside regular bread, not even panini bread. Healthy can taste good! This was not. The smoothie had added immunity and the cup wasn’t even full. Not very flavorful and liquidy. I’ll go back to making my own. Didn’t give chips with our order either that we paid for . Nope.
