Service and staff are extremely unprofessional. After picking up my online order, I realized an entire order was missing and drove 20 minutes back to the store. The manager, who was not in-store, spoke with me by phone and stated a refund would be issued. Afterwards another employee began arguing that the food had been included and I showed photos showing items were missing. They left and later they provided the missing items. I was then told the refund was somehow denied. I asked for explanation they said the food was now fulfilled and it was the food or the refund. Even though half my order was still at home. I was told I was being irrational and illogical for asking for both, despite the refund being promised. The interaction was uncomfortable and clearly not going anywhere. I left and as I was leaving, a female employee continued arguing and yelling at me while I’m out the door. The staff seemed to unnecessarily escalated an issue which seemed to be resolved by the manager.

We use to eat at WingStop weekly when we lived near one. The owner would make me honey mustard wings (which are not on the menu). Now we live in a place with no Wing Stops, but we sometimes drop in when were near one. In doing so I get a sandwich, or just fries. I wish they did honey mustard wings!!

We got sent some coupons to use and the employees were super helpful in helping us understand what we could or couldn’t use. They ended up giving us free fries when we couldn’t use the coupons as we had originally had thought—which was super sweet! We really appreciate the effort and patience. Thank you guys so much 🫶🏻

Absolutely horrible. I couldnt even explain how disgusted I was when I recieved my order. They barely put any sauce on my wings and the chicken looked uncooked and dry. Probably the driest wings Ive ever had in my life. There was more un-sauced areas than sauced up areas.

Wings are extremely dry like a mummy and oily. Not enough seasoning. They try to make a coupon for 1 review for free side. But come on, don't kid yourself on the food quality. Very disappointed. Would not recommend.

I have never been to a BAD Wingstop location until this one. The rating is NOT a lie. Low staff count has me waiting for my online order despite arriving at the estimated time it would be ready. Fries were so soft and not crispy. Wings themselves were so mediocre it pissed me off. Find yourself a different Wingstop location.

Short staff here but nice workers. I had a good experience here due to the fact I was not rushing at all. I got my food 35 minutes later because all the Door dashers and Uber eaters showing up. I let the workers handle all the deliveries patiently and they were appreciative about it. They did a really good job despite all the inpatient delivery drivers showing up and being short handed. I enjoyed my Korean Spicy 🌶️ boneless wings, vegetables 🥕 and fries 🍟. Thank you 🙏🏽 guys, muchas gracias!!!
