The very first time I experience the wonderful taste of the caritas burrito I was in love! The favor of the meat mixed with guacamole and veggies was sooo!!! Good! I have bought it 3 times already. And I will be buying the burrito again!😃

The food just gets worse and worse every time. Cheap quality, over priced, even the sodas taste awful. The place is dusty too but I blame the owners not the workers. Definitely not returning again

Food is good. Their fountain drinks, like most other restaurants in the area, have such a nasty after taste. Like how I could imagine toilet water tasting. Likely due to improper cleaning or dirty tap source. Don't drink the fountain soda.
Always love the food. But for a simple burrito wow the prices have gotten crazy

I ordered online today for pick up. When I got there there was no order ready. Only two people were working and only one other person was in the place. The guy behind the counter couldn't care less. Practically demanded I give him my phone to show him my order - didn't care when I told him I didn't order with the app. He then just ignored me - no offer of assistance of any kind. I started to walk out and said - "I'll just go somewhere else" which seemed to tik him off. I did go somewhere else and I will not come back.

On 9/29/24 I placed an order inside the restaurant and waited around 12-15 minutes for my food. One of the workers stocking up the refrigerator was also bagging up the orders. He called me number and I he said everything was in the bag. I guess I should have checked everything then, it would have saved me some time and gas. Anyways, I drove home 20 minutes away to realize they gave me half my order wrong. Super upset since it was a busy time of the day and no one likes to waste their gas. So, I called and the same cashier answered the phone and I explained they gave me the wrong order and she said I can go back for the new order but to bring back the “wrong order” so they can keep it. I get there and the cashier already has my correct order with her on the counter. I asked if this was freshly made since it was 30 minutes since it was placed, I’m still not sure when it was made, but I guess I had to believe her. Then, she asked me if I wanted to keep the wrong order? After making me bring it back and it’s been cold for 30 minutes she has the nerve to offer me to keep it? No way. Additionally, the shrimp in the salad was burnt and dry. The chips were hard and stale. Never going here again! This place obviously doesn’t care about their food quality or customer service! Spent $40 for bad service and stale food.

Big Shout Out for Maria, Martin, and Miguel who ALWAYS provide us with 5 Star Service and Care! We Continually Return for their excellent Service and Food! We order the Baja Chicken Bowl and Chicken Tostada both with Black Beans. Their Salsa Serve Yourself Area is All You Can Eat and is delicious as well and ALWAYS FRESH!
Parking: Plenty of parking in the Barnes and Noble Bookstore Parking Lot
