I ordered online today for pick up. When I got there there was no order ready. Only two people were working and only one other person was in the place. The guy behind the counter couldn't care less. Practically demanded I give him my phone to show him my order - didn't care when I told him I didn't order with the app. He then just ignored me - no offer of assistance of any kind. I started to walk out and said - "I'll just go somewhere else" which seemed to tik him off. I did go somewhere else and I will not come back.

On 9/29/24 I placed an order inside the restaurant and waited around 12-15 minutes for my food. One of the workers stocking up the refrigerator was also bagging up the orders. He called me number and I he said everything was in the bag. I guess I should have checked everything then, it would have saved me some time and gas. Anyways, I drove home 20 minutes away to realize they gave me half my order wrong. Super upset since it was a busy time of the day and no one likes to waste their gas. So, I called and the same cashier answered the phone and I explained they gave me the wrong order and she said I can go back for the new order but to bring back the “wrong order” so they can keep it. I get there and the cashier already has my correct order with her on the counter. I asked if this was freshly made since it was 30 minutes since it was placed, I’m still not sure when it was made, but I guess I had to believe her. Then, she asked me if I wanted to keep the wrong order? After making me bring it back and it’s been cold for 30 minutes she has the nerve to offer me to keep it? No way. Additionally, the shrimp in the salad was burnt and dry. The chips were hard and stale. Never going here again! This place obviously doesn’t care about their food quality or customer service! Spent $40 for bad service and stale food.

We order the Baja Chicken Bowl and Chicken Tostada both with Black Beans. Their Salsa Serve Yourself Area is All You Can Eat and is delicious as well and ALWAYS FRESH!
Parking: Plenty of parking in the Barnes and Noble Bookstore Parking Lot

I had not been to the restaurant in Valencia for about a year, and the burrito I ordered was terrible. It had very little chicken inside and was cold and wet. It fell apart so I did not eat very much of it and threw the rest away. Menu has changed for the worst. Inside looks the same despite the claims on the signage.

Baja Fresh on Valencia Blvd. in Santa Clarita is great. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I stop there monthly, and am amazed that the person waiting on me knows my order before I say anything! To me it is great customer service!

I have such fond memories of my first visit to a Baja Fresh on a movie date in the San Fernando Valley many years ago. The chips were fresh, my taco was excellent, but ah...that was so long ago. Our most recent visit to Baja Fresh made me long for that night, unfortunately it was a far cry from that tasty meal. Instead, my Americano taco had very dry flavorless chicken. The small bag of chips were worse. The one bright spot was the good old salsa choices and the fact I married the man from that memorable first date.
Parking: This is a pretty busy shopping center, parking is usually available.
Came in for lunch for the first time in probably 10 years. I ordered a carnitas taco a la carte, which came with a side of chips but for some reason no salsa. I went to the salsa bar for salsa but apparently this location doesn’t have salsa out. On top of that they were out of salsa. How??The woman at the counter rubbed me the wrong way with her tone, not just toward me but also toward a couple people who came in to pick up their orders.The restaurant itself was dead other than me and a couple people in the corner. The drink area was a bit dirty. No napkin dispenser to speak of from without asking the woman at the counter.The taco itself was fine. Tasty but nothing special. The price was a bit steeper than I’d like for a single street taco. I can see now why I just never come here.

Probably one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had. The restaurant stunk like a bathroom, and not a clean fresh bathroom, the opposite of that unfortunately. The prices aren’t the greatest when it comes to purchasing tacos and unfortunately neither is the taste. Unfortunately, I don’t recommend eating here.
