Food waste is not good.

Here at Bodhi Leaf, if a worker messes up an order, they immediately dump out the drink. Can’t they find a better solution instead of wasting food? Why not let employees keep the drink for themselves?

Just moved to the area and wanted to try a new coffee spot. Sadly, showed up at 730 and they weren't open yet. Unsure if the hours on here are correct.

It's sad because I was real hopeful. I didn't really have a problem (baristas are cordial) until I noticed the drink I had ordered (Lover's Latte) was missing an ingredient. I asked if perhaps they just forgotten to put it on. They advised that it was a seasonal drink, they were out of not just one, but two ingredients (chocolate flakes, raspberry puree) in my drink. I wouldn't care so much IF it wasn't an additional cost for said missing items, the coffee is industry standard price normally. I'm disappointed nobody would've said anything to me if I didn't approach them about it. It seems minute to be upset about paying for 2 missing ingredients in a $6 drink, but it's the principle at this point-Take it off the menu, replace it, or reimburse! Disappointing first visit.

I had the seasonal maple latte on ice. It was very good. The staff is very friendly and the space is welcoming. I like the coffee bar for single seating.

I’m just visiting for a week. I was here yesterday on July 5th for a latte and that was a good experience. But I don’t know what happened today, not only my coffee order was forgotten but they made it twice and both times came out wrong. None of the staff could even say an apology, even gave me a smirk like I was an inconvenience to them. So I just asked for a refund. Also I saw one of the staffs slammed the pastry tray onto the table and the pastry flew to the wall but she still wrapped it in a bag and handed to the customer.

Good coffee, but smaller location than the one on sierra hwy, few chairs and tables, maybe seating for 25 people inside and outside. Cool decoration! Chocolate chip cookie $6, tasty and big.

My experience with Bodhi had been so pleasant until today. I ordered my coffee online for pickup on 6/29 in the morning, there were 3 people working, even though they made an eye contact with me, ignored me and didn’t even say hi or had intention to help me but were busy talking to each other and made my order wrong (i added double shots to my latte but it wasn’t added and when I asked to check the order, they kept saying “who made this latte? Who made it?) so unprofessional and unpleasant. I have encountered many other employees here but they were so professional and met or exceeded expectations so many times but customer service today was so disappointing and I don’t appreciate their attitude at all.

Their staff are always friendly when I visit - customer services is through the roof. The coffee options are great as well and I'm always impressed
