Been a fan of Chi Chi's for 40 years but had a life changing event last night - customer service issue - management chose to not honor their pizza coupons any more. For dozens of years they accepted early coupons but felt they do not want to anymore. I will no longer patronize this establishment. I will not reward restaurants with repeated business when their customer service does not appreciate them. 🙁
They have the pizza in town
I grew up eating Chi Chi’s pizza from the original Panorama City location. It is still, to this day, THE BEST pizza I have EVER eaten in my 55+ years of life!!! Every time I make a trip to the L.A. area I get pizza at Chi Chi’s!
