I work at the mall and I understand the meaning of a good costumer service.I went on Monday and I didn't have time to make my morning coffee at home. So by Cinnabon being the only place that has coffee I went to buy coffee not only for me but for my coworkers too. The person in charge this day that supposedly is the manager name Rosa help me. Well when I was graving the creamers for my coffee she went on I said "not too many, that's all I have" I would of understand if she would of told me that in a good way but she was rude and the tone that she used when she said that. I told her that I was graving 4 creamers for each coffee that I bought. She said "no" and I told her if you want I can pay you for those creamers. She said "no because they come with the coffee "in a rude tone again.I being in different Cinnabon locations and this is far from being a busy one and I know why. When customer service is this bad, customers don't want to come backThis Cinnabon has potential right now is the only place with coffe and sweets ;(Starbucks is gone) but with this service they are going to end it up closing too.

We went here last Friday January 12th after my husband and I had dinner at sharkeys. I was so excited since I hadn't been in years. I ask for 4 rolls. I was told we just ran out. I said but you have them on the menu. She said we just ran out it was 6 pm. I asked for 6 the and extra frosting she said they come with extra frosting and put 1 in the bag I asked for more and she put 1 more in the bag. Those frosting containers are the size of a ketchup holder. We got them home and they were stale and dry. So disappointing won't be going back. Awful customer service both girls working were t friendly or helpful. Not going back.

The lady work here at the store very rude, I asked her for fresh cynnabons, special for my niece birthday, she say No, I ask her name she answered rude: I dint have to give you, this is very wrong service, to talk or answer customers, anyway she is huge lady with pink hair and pink t shirt, the owners or managers must know she ruin business!She discriminate people and very eval look, so bad attitude unfortunately!I wanna buy 5 box, but after this behavior I changed my mind.

I have given this store a 2 ND chance for good service and this time I had a better experience.The staff named Sady was very friendly and got all my order right. It felt like the management heard our complaints and pushed the reset button to improve the customer service here in SCV.Keep it up!?

I love Cinnabon, but the experience I received at Valencia was extremely disappointing. The manager would not give me her name or any contact information. I waited for my order for an hour and 20 minutes. The food quality is horrible, and when I brought it to her attention, she was not happy and started refusing service. She decided to refund me for my order and could not find my order so, short paid me. When I asked her for a full refund, her response was to dispute the charge with your bank. I am refused to leave without a full refund. She called the security and cops on me. After all the commotion, she finally decided to refund the remaining balance in cash but threw the money at me. She needs to be retrained on handling situations when their own employees are taking incorrect orders.

The Employees are complete Ghetto! The worst customer service ever! There doesn't seem to be a Manager here and I've tried contacting thi Corporate Office and you can't get anyone there either! So not only is the service criminal but you can't even get a higher up to complain to! No accountability! So the employees can act like criminals and no one seems to care! I've heard the same thing across the country of this company going down hill and no one in the company care's! This is unacceptable! This was at the Valencia Mall location in Valencia, California at the Westfield Mall on Town Center!

Don't know how they are still open. Every time we stop to get Cinnabon they are out, or they have very few left. I would understand if they were out at closing time, but at 3pm. There service is horrible.

Lady with pink hair has the nastiest attitude I have ever encountered in Santa Clarita. She refused to give service and was bothered to be working. If you are in a bad mood stay home and don't let that energy off with the customer. She talks bad about the customer with her employee who wears glasses. I drove across the city for a sweet craving and was refused a roll.I'm disappointed that service like this is allowed.

"I recently visited Cinnabon and was disappointed with the service I received. I ordered two classic cinnabons, but there was only one left in the case. When I asked for the fresh ones from the back that were sitting out, the manager told me it would be a 20-minute wait. 20 minutes for what???? I see them sitting out. This is the only Cinnabon I've been to with HORRIBLE SERVICE. The manager is rude. I don't see this Cinnabon being in business for long with this service.
