We went here last Friday January 12th after my husband and I had dinner at sharkeys. I was so excited since I hadn't been in years. I ask for 4 rolls. I was told we just ran out. I said but you have them on the menu. She said we just ran out it was 6 pm. I asked for 6 the and extra frosting she said they come with extra frosting and put 1 in the bag I asked for more and she put 1 more in the bag. The lady work here at the store very rude, I asked her for fresh cynnabons, special for my niece birthday, she say No, I ask her name she answered rude: I dint have to give you, this is very wrong service, to talk or answer customers, anyway she is huge lady with pink hair and pink t shirt, the owners or managers must know she ruin business!She discriminate people and very eval look, so bad attitude unfortunately!I wanna buy 5 box, but after this behavior I changed my mind.

I have given this store a 2 ND chance for good service and this time I had a better experience.The staff named Sady was very friendly and got all my order right. It felt like the management heard our complaints and pushed the reset button to improve the customer service here in SCV.Keep it up!?
