Worst del I ever been too I'm not being nasty but the weirdo at window was rude as can be I ordered my normal veggie burrito and fries I went parked to eat I open burrito it was just half cooked hard rice no veggies no sauce it was disgusting and I drove to far to deal with it I truly wanted to go back and throw it at the window guy Del taco has never been bad but this one is stay away from it

I don't know what's going on here they have their machine set too low or something every time I've gotten anything here it's undercooked cheese is never melted shouldn't be that hard really you would think.

Ordered on the app 2 boxes. We paid an additional $2.30 each box to up the drinks to large shakes. When we arrived and said here the worker said nothing at the window, but pull forward. We get to the window when he then tells us they don't have shakes. Why let us order them? Why not say it before starting the order when we arrived ? We asked for the upcharge back and he said that he could not do that since it was ordered on the app. We asked to cancel the order so we could go to another location and was told no. In the middle of asking what drinks we will get and how to get the money back we spent for the shakes (I know it's only $4.60) he just closed the window and walked off. Comes back and hands us our food with an option of what soda flavors. I think I might choose another location for now on, service at this location is terrible. I have tried calling and no one ever answers.

This place is a monumental disappointment. The speaker in the drive thru doesn’t work and cuts out every other word, the orders are constantly wrong, and the quality of food is embarrassingly poor. This franchise owner clearly doesn’t care and has completely checked out.
Been there three times in the past month. Not once was the food meeting the quality that I used to know from Del Taco. I went at a different time today, thinking that I may have caught the same cook a couple of times.
#1: The service: The teenage employees always seem irritated to be working. They’re short, flippant, and they’re not personable - at all. They also forgot 3 of our tacos, which we discovered when we got home, over 10 minutes away.
#2: The quality of the food: The tacos were all lukewarm and thrown together with barely any meat. The chicken in the Classic Chicken Burritos was cold and way over-salted, and there was little to no ‘secret sauce’ in the burritos or the chicken soft tacos. The fries were cold, stale, and clearly very old.
Tried calling multiple times and nobody answers the phone. The mailbox is full. This place is a dump. It’s worth driving a bit more to go to a different location - or just go a little ways down the road and get some Taco Bell. What a sad day it is to suggest Taco Bell over Del Taco, but here we are.

Don't expect to get everything you ordered, and don't expect to get a receipt, either. This location has the worst service of any fast food in SCV, but it wasn't always this way. I used to go here frequently, but the current state of the drive thru keeps me away. Always something missing from the order, sometimes multiple items. And long waits, even though the restaurant and drive thru are empty. Worth driving to any other Del Taco in the area.

Clean store, completely empty lobby, perhaps 2 cars in the drive through, took us over 5 minutes to be acknowledged despite standing at the counter, we were then asked if we needed help. The individual who asked then proceeded to not take our order.

Their track record with service is abysmal, and they don’t even give you your receipt the majority of the time. You’re better off going to a different location for superior service.

I haven't always had the best experience here but I'm reversing my previous review since they seemed to step it up a lot since they opened.
This is the best Del Taco I’ve ever been. So clean and neat. Not only dining room but kitchen as well. I have a meal pretty often here but never had a stomach issues (which happens sometimes with other fast food places). Food is amazing and staff is great also!
