This is the best Del Taco I’ve ever been. So clean and neat. Not only dining room but kitchen as well. I have a meal pretty often here but never had a stomach issues (which happens sometimes with other fast food places). Food is amazing and staff is great also!

This Del Taco used to be the best in town when they first opened up, but now it has become terrible. I went through the drive-thru that took 20 mins with only two cars in line. When I got to the window, I found out they were understaffed at night and only had 3 people working. They overcooked the fries and forgot to give me my burrito. I tried to go inside to talk to someone, but they wouldn't allow me in (which is understandable being 10 pm), but they also wouldn't just go grab the burrito and hand it to me. They told me I had to go back in the drive-thru to get the burrito. When I went back to the line, more cars came, so I had to spend another 25 minutes in line. What an absolute waste of time! I feel bad for the workers because it's not their fault (other than missing the burrito in the bag). This is all about bad management.

This has to be the best fast food place in SCV. The service is super quick. The food, when it arrived, looked better than the picture on the menu and the restaurant was really clean and well stocked on the inside. It’s a nice change from the other fast food places that throw your food together and it looks nothing like the menu item that you ordered. It’s a pleasant change from the way things have become.

They have decent customer service, they don't give you all your items some times, I've gotten frozen battered tacos from them, as well as mixing up items.

Since they open they alway mess up my order. So if you go make sure you eat there so they can fix your order. Also like some other have said asked for well done fries. They come out under cooked or normal.
