This place has completely gone down hill. The service was so bad! The food was just as bad. They didn't have half of the stuff I wanted to order. I ordered the xl family deal and wasted $150 I will never go back nor would I ever recommend anyone eat there.

This is definitely not worth the $8+ that I paid for. The size is like a sampler from Costco.the taste for both sides are just mediocre ,nothing special.the portions could have been better though. It will be my last to order from here.?♂️

The sandwich was hot and delicious. The sides were quite opposite. The beans were old and had the consistency of refried beans. The fries felt like they cane from the bottom of the fryer. What happened to the waffle fries?? The 2 guys working behind the counter were not friendly and NEVER made eye contact. This is one of my favorite restaurant chains, please fix it

Not great. Brisket sandwich. Quite dry, a cardinal sin in BBQ. Spicy BBQ sauce was ok. A bit sweet. Basically it tasted like Baby Rays grocery store sauce with some heat added. Mashed potatoes they call a casserole. Thick, decent taste. Then "cabbage" slaw. It's cole slaw so yeah, it's cabbage. This was also grocery store deli caliber food. Unimpressed with anything I had. Wife had the big baked potato with brisket. Also dried out meat. Big potato though and lots of meat on top. My sides and sandwich were very small so I didn't have anything that made me think yeah, I'll come back here. I'm tough on BBQ joints. Been smoking meats for 30 years and I have elevated expectations when it comes to BBQ/grilling They were not met at Dickey's. Even for SoCal BBQ it's sub par. Service was quick and friendly so they get the third star. The food was a 2 star experience.

Ribs were ok, I guess. Mashed potatoes had a weird color. I didn't eat it. The little biscuit we got had a rancid smell and taste. My daughter and I ended up having stomach aches. The restaurant had a bad smell like they hadn't cleaned the restrooms. This was the first and last time visiting this location, and honestly, we wouldn't bother looking for another location.

We were looking for a family dinner deal, my wife & kids decided since you guys give kids eat free on Sunday’s this would be great , the minute we walked in the young cook was rude when my wife asked a few questions , the lady who seemed to be maybe the shift manager didn’t even bother to see if we need help the cook said very condescending to my wife “what about it “ when she asked about a sandwich. Finally we asked if we could get our food to go with the kids meals deal when the crew member said “it’s only dine in “ at that point my wife just decided we can just go somewhere else for dinner . Sad to see businesses loose guests to rude and incompetent crew members .

I hate leaving bad yelp's but the last 5 times I ordered curbside - there has been a problem and I've had to fight for my food. If you order off their website or their app - it's hit or miss if they even get the order - then you have to hope that they remembered to Change the paper in the order printer. Today after speaking to 5 people! They told me it was too bad they charged my debit card but they couldn't find the order so I would be charged again if I wanted to place an order.

I will never go back to Dickey's batbeque again, every time I place an order they forget to give me the things I ordered and the food is overcooked and is very poor quality. They charged my credit card $10.00 more then they should have when they failed to give me credit for a coupon they sent me. When I showed them the coupon they said they couldn't give me a refund even though said I had the coupon when I placed the order. No problem I'll eat elsewhere from now on.

Amazing food. Love the service especially from Emerson and Jan. Some of the best workers at the restaurant. The music is decent but the overall vibe is amazing and I would totally recommend eating here. Amazing to support a local business!

Decent BBQ's selection. They have a few tables inside. They can use a little updating unless they're going for that look. Their combo selections comes with 2 sides and bread. They even have daily specials. They're a little pricy though.
