We stopped here for a midday meal and ordered a toasted bagel w/cream cheese and a toast bialy w/cream cheese. Both were good and huge. Honestly, you could share a bagel and still feel like you had plenty. (We did eat the whole bagel/bialy by ourselves. I also got a black and white cookie for later which was quite good. Small family-owned business with 2 locations. Support local!

I'm not sure why this restaurant has a low rating on Yelp because I generally had a good experience as a customer. I actually encountered Dink's by chance when I was dropping off a dress at the local dry cleaners in the same plaza. I ordered a ham sandwich with potato salad and an iced tea for lunch. Service was good, and the woman taking my order was very kind and helpful. I left Dink's with a full and happy stomach. I'm curious to try out their bagel options so I may return back soon.

This original location is very popular and always busy. They are located in a large shopping center with plenty of parking. There is adequate seating inside and outside. The bagels are large and cooked perfectly with just the right of chewiness. You can watch the bagel making process through the glass window in the morning. There are so many varieties of bagels and cream cheeses. My favorite cream cheese is the one with lox in it. This location also has a large bakery area with assorted cookies and brownies. I have only tried the small peanut butter cookies and they are lovely. I phoned in my order and picked up my toasted bagel without much of a wait. The staff were helpful. There is an assortment of coffee at a self-serve station. The only ding is that they have no restroom for customers. I am not sure how you serve breakfast and coffee without restroom facilities. Hence why we usually get our food to go.

This is by far the worse nova lox I have ever had in my life. I keep coming back here every couple of years hoping this is going to get better but every single time it's absolute garbage. And for $18/$19 this is a complete scam. It doesn't even come with cucumber on it. What a waste of money and time. Plus right when I walked inside they are cleaning the windows. The first thing I want to smell when I walk into a dining establishment is fresh food that makes me want to come back. Not the smell of cleaning chemicals. Should've been my first red flag to turn around and just walk out but as I waited for my food they decided it was a perfect time to gain clean the floors with the most disgusting scents ever. Like this is and has been a horrible experience. I couldn't even finish my food which I was extremely overpriced for because it was a soggy wet bagel in the center, even though I had asked for it toasted it wasn't even really toasted at all. I asked for jalapeño spread, but it wasn't even spicy jalapeño spread and if it was it wasn't even present as a flavor. Which is a major disappointment because they said it cost more and I basically paid more for it to taste like nothing. I think the icing on the cake is the fact that when I got to my car because I took it to go, my car instantly smelled like potato's and bacon. Which had me furious because that isn't what I paid for or wanted to eat. I literally just wanted a delicious nova lox bagel and there was burnt or soggy potatoes all inside it across the box like wtf. I did not order that but apparently I guess it now comes with it. This place is the absolute worst and a massive waste of my time and money. Don't eat here. It's not worth it.

My first time trying this place after living in Santa Clarita for 20yrs and I'll never come back. The service is terrible OMG! RUDE!! The older woman at the front didn't even acknowledge me but made eye contact more than once the other woman finally took my order. Another customer was even surprised on the interaction as he looked at me and just smiled. Do yourself a favor save your money and make the trip to the Valley. This makes me appreciate Brent's Deli in Northridge even more.
