This was a random pick for me. Most of the items are similar to the other boba shops.ProsThe biggest difference is that, you can select the sweet level?. The ambience is good, you can order it from kiosk. Turn around time was quick. Baristas were friendly.ConsExpensive. Any medium is 6.75 and large is 7.50. Everything is additional 0.75 even boba pearls is not part of the drink ? whereas most of the other shops include it in drink.
First time visiting Gong Cha. We noticed that they have similar menus as other drink businesses. What I liked was they offered coffee reimagined with boba. They have a large inside sitting area. We will definitely return to try another drink in the near future.
It’s nice to finally have a real boba shop that goes back to the basics of freshly brewed milk teas. Although It’s Boba Time is good, I feel that it’s more friendly to people who want more smoothie and powder based drinks with okay boba topping. I got the earl grey milk tea with boba and pudding at regular sweetness. Boba was fresh and chewy with fast service.
