OMG! That’s how good this place is . The only better thing than food here is service . I didn’t like the hand roll and manager immediately came over and asked what exactly we didn’t like and etc. (the stuff that people ask when they actually care about you coming back into this place). Highly recommend.

A must try! The freshness and quality of fish was outstanding! We tried both nigiri, and rolls. By far some of the best quality sushi in the Santa Clarita Valley IMO. Service was excellent, and the restaurant atmosphere gave great vibes! We will be back! Give em a try!

We all agreed that the Steven and Johnny rolls were our favorite! All were good though. The Mellow Yellow hand roll was very good, a little smaller than expected. And we ordered dessert but it was so delicious it was gone in an instant... I barely had time to take a photo haha.

They had the physical menu and also a QR code for an online menu with things that change by season. The owner and servers were all friendly and helpful.

It’s a bit on the expensive side, but it’s likely due to the ingredients and things like that. It’s a nice splurge for every once in a while.

I go to this sushi spot at least once a week. BY FAR the best sushi in SCV! Delicious sushi, awesome ambience, superb service. Couldn’t give a better recommendation. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed. Shoutout to Johnny & Steve for bringing such a good spot to SCV!

I recently dined at Hanasaki and overall it was a good experience. We went on a Friday night around 7pm. They were able to seat us without a wait but the restaurant looked pretty full. The sushi is high end and everything we had was fresh. My favorites were the otoro nigiri and hamachi belly. The otoro was very rich and buttery. I also had the sea bass taco which was surprisingly good. Many of the dishes that we saw them cranking out had a very elaborate presentation. If you’re into that and paying a premium for it then this is a place to visit. The food was exceptional however the service was lacking a bit. We sat at the bar and they had to move us mid meal to make room for another party, it was also very loud so not a great place to go if you are looking for a nice conversation. Overall a very nice sushi restaurant in SCV that is a step above your average sushi joint.

The sushi at Hanasaki is incredible and the service/atmosphere are top tier. It’s incredibly high quality and it definitely feels more like a special event restaurant. They have a great sake selection. The chefs are all incredible and incredibly accommodating of needs. You will not find higher quality sushi in Santa Clarita.

Vegetarian options: You are able to ask the waiters for vegan/vegetarian selections.

The sushi at this place is amazing, arguably the best in all of Santa Clarita. What I love most is its convenient location within walking distance from my home. The owners are fantastic, incredibly friendly, making it one of my favorite spots. Moreover, post-Covid, the food quality has significantly declined, but not this spot! This place is truly magnificent!
