Only giving 3 stars so maybe the owners will take a look. Idk why you don't allow your patrons to tip on a wallet pay? Ive been to Jamba in 3 counties, several times a week. This is a first and I wanted to bring it to your attention! I was disappointed. Your employees work hard. Please find it in your soul to update your system to 2026 and let the kids get some extra money. For those 1% who might get offended, think of 99% that will appreciate the option. Put it out into the Universe and it will come back tenfold. Thank you in advance for doing the RIGHT thing.

I’ve always enjoyed this location and visit fairly often since I live in the neighborhood. The staff is generally friendly, and I appreciate having a Jamba nearby.
That said, I’m confused by what appears to be the store’s policy regarding fresh juices. On multiple occasions when I’ve stopped by around 7:00–8:00 PM, I’ve been told that the juicer has already been cleaned and that fresh juices are no longer available. I completely understand that equipment needs to be cleaned and that employees have closing procedures to complete. However, when the store is open until 10:00 PM, it’s difficult to understand why a core menu item isn’t available two to three hours before closing.
I genuinely like this location and want to continue supporting it, but I hope management can clarify or reconsider this policy so customers know what to expect.

We stopped by here after taking a mjd day break from Six Flags and it was absolutely what we needed! The refreshing and energetic cashier was what we needed to begin to revive ourselves lol. The drinks were phenomenal as well. I am definitely one to appreciate customer service at its finest and I am upset that I forgot his name, but he is remembered and highly noted for my next visit to the area! We visited on August 30th about 3pm I believe. So whomever was that vibratious soul running the register, keep doing you! You're so amazing at it💌 Thankyou for the ducks! It added to my daughter's birthday🦆
