Jersey Mike's Subs

Just had horrible experience of eating at this location. They served my beef despite very clearly saying number 55 on the menu. Person preparing the food was not at all apologetic and brushed me away by saying “these things can happen and we are closed now so cannot make another one for you”. This is when I told her I am Hindu.

Great customer service, great sandwiches as always. Kayla and Lily make a killer #13. I’m not sure how anybody’s upset with this location. Jimmy is the man, and everybody else who works with him. Jersey Mikes done right.

It's been some time since I had Jersey Mikes. My usual spot was in North Hollywood, where they greeted you with "Hot Sub!!!". To my surprise, at this location, it's nothing like it. You come in order and go about your business. I wish they would greet customers better. Anyhow, I ordered the Chipotle Chicken sandwich. I must say, It was delicious.

When this jersey mikes first opened it was great. But now I would not recommend coming here their customer service is horrible and they have a bunch of teenage kids working here who don’t put any effort into making these sandwiches. There always standing in the back on their cell phones. I would say go to the one on Soledad! Not this location!

The customer service needs improvement. I was in the middle of my order when 3 young ladies came in, they were waiting their turn when the guys making my sandwich asks them if they had an order for pick up, they said yes it’s a catering order, instead of saying, OK, I’ll be with you in just a moment or asking the person who was doing something behind him to help the ladies he stops my order and tends to the other people. So I decided to leave and not buy anything. This is clearly rude and not good customer service.

Terrible service. Left me waiting for 20 minutes without saying my food was ready. The girl in the registered knew my name, and knew I was waiting. I have a baby in the car waiting, nobody acknowledged me or said me order was ready. Just left mt food on the side.

Trash. Do better opening a new location smhAlso tie your hair up… not in my sandwich. Or wash your hands after helping delivery then cutting my food. Thanks. It’s not Covid… it’s basic servsafe. Coming from the shift lead/ manager I’m good ?

Taki and Warriors review is utter nonsense. Staff is excellent and they make the sandwiches fresh to order and cut the meat PER order. The also do orders in order the ARE ordered. This place is fantastic. Hot and cold subs are incredible. Get it "Mike's Way". You wont be sorry.
