I must say the location itself is in the heart of Valencia shopping district which is nice the decor is very upscale and that's most likely to hide how plain average and bland the subs are. I will give points for customer service however thats it. Absolutely NO seasoning who does that??! No oil or vinegar I mean my fine folks nothing and look at how plain the bread itself is and tastes just as plain as the photos. 4 dollars extra charge for provolone? But not even mentioned that it would be extra until you get your receipt! Despite all the hype this was an expensive overpriced disappointment for sure and never going back for another.

I was waiting in line for awhile. It was then my turn to order. I wanted 2 sandwiches, but was told they ran out of bread. It was 6:30 pm. Extremely bad experience. Never thought that could happen in a chain sandwich shop. I guess it happens at Jimmy Johns.

Stumbled on this place today. After a little bit of persuasion from the cashier. I picked the Italian nightclub #9. All the ingredients taste fresh. With the bread toasty and warm adds that crunch. Atmosphere place looks nice and a clean well read bathroom. I would definitely try something else so I can compare taste & flavors.

Ordered several boxes for a work event. Was timely and delicious. Everyone enjoyed the sandwiches. The bread is super good!! Although there were a few sandwiches that only had 1 slice of meat....(this removing one star)

Ordered a Billy but asked to sub out the ham for salami instead. Every single sandwich place I have ever been to in my entire life did not charge to sub out a diff meat unless I’m trying to upgrade to like wagyu or something, and even then, they will give you a heads up that there’s an extra charge.
This place charged me for subbing out the ham for salami. No warning or anything. Won’t be returning to Jimmy John’s again.

I was very dissatisfied. I received a turkey, cheese, and mayonnaise sandwich on a bun. I could have made that at home for what I paid. I was very disappointed that I was not asked if I wanted anything added tomatoes, onions, pickles. Nothing! I'll be going to Subway from now on.

Restroom for customers only! So I ordered the most delicious #11 Country Clup with mustard, pickles and cucumbers. Wow, delicious! And the restroom was super clean with some fun reading.... I will be back!
