Had to wait for my receipt. Could have gave it to me when I ordered. Had to wait 10 min and this is during my working hours, so my time is important just as taking an order and processing it correctly is important. Need to better.

That Vito Sandwich is my favorite. They've recently added new side items the devil egg potato salad and brownie are my go to sides. Love stopping by after a bit of errand shopping in this plaza. Good service and ambiance.

The food is fine. Typical Jimmy John’s but this location is painfully slow. Idk if it’s under staffing or another issue but I wouldn’t go if you plan to run in and out.

First time there tonight. Probably my last. Ordered a beach club. Bread is super hard... not soft and fluffy and then they forgot the cucumbers AND they smacked some fake ass avocado mush... that was between 2 pieces of cheese... it made the sandwich so rancid. I'm very disappointed.

Ordered a giant #14. It was supposed to come with turkey and roast beef but was missing the roast beef. Called back and was told I could get in store credit which was 1 free giant sub.I called a couple days later to make sure the deal will be honored, the person I spoke to said yes and they would have my sandwich ready to come pick up.I was already on my way to go get it when I recieved a call from them and was told that they could not honor the deal when I was previously told twice they would. Apparently the very first person I spoke to did not write anything down as proof of my in store credit, and did not inform their manager.Messing up a sandwich is an honest mistake. But you should never give a customer false promises. Extremely disappponting.

Just realized I’ve been being charged full price for a little John meal. Instead of being around 10$ for a small sandwich chips and a drink I’ve been being charged 17$. Go there pretty frequently, but the one on Newhall ranch gets the price right. I’d go to that one instead. But always Make sure your being charged correctly

You want a loaf of bread for $15.00, then go! I tried messaging corporate before yelping but never heard back, put more meat in your sandwiches please! Will never go again....

My sister and father ate here on 3/29/23. My sister asked for bacon on her sandwich for 2 extra dollars. When you pay for something you should get it. My father overheard talking about not leaving a tip! Did she get the bacon on the sandwich nope!!What are you getting paid for, to make sandwiches right? Are you performing anything special for that tip? I don't think so. Bad company policy with the tip option cause you lost 3 customers. Shame on the sandwich employees!

I tried to order delivery, but that failed. After waiting for an hour, I called the restaurant just for the manager to apologize for "not seeing" my order come through and saying it will be a few until it is ready. I canceled the order and moved to the next place.
