I love this place. I think Royal tandoor by vons is overrated. Royal Is way too salty and they put so much food coloring in their food. Their vegetable samosas at Royal are amazing though. I like this place because it's creamier. My friend from India prefers this place as well :-) their malai koftka, not sure if that's spelled right, It's amazing and so is the chicken masala.

Very unfortunate that our DoorDash delivery order was canceled tonight. We've supported this business throughout the pandemic along with several others here in town. I'm not sure what the issue was but I'll be reluctant to order again. We had planned this dinner all week as a treat. Such a disappointment. If unable to fulfill, why not indicate that you aren't taking orders?

The last time I visited Karma was before the pandemic and I liked their food. It hit the spot. Not the best Indian food I've had but it was pretty good. Today the rice was undercooked and hard in the middle, the curry was watery. I was sad that this is what it's become. Because I had take out it was too much of an effort to drive back and return the rice or change meals but it was what it was.

The food was good as if it's home cooked . The staff service is not good . One time we had to walk away from the restaurant and We were told the gravy that they stored in the fridge was not good because of the poor performance of the fridge . I never knew that could be a barrier for providing service to your customers. Hoping if their fridge is working fine .

One of the best ethnic foods that are explode with flavor. Most important it is not very greasy. Huge menu. Family business that makes it right. They also do catering. Garlic nun is always fresh. Definitely recommend.

I've been going to Karma Indian Cuisine for many years as I love Indian food. I enjoy all the spices in Indian food except the hot pepper or cayenne spices used to make Indian food spicy hot. I have had problems in the past with many other Indian restaurants because the food is too spicy even when they say it isn't. Karma does a great job in making the food mild, especially if I can let them know ahead of time so it's not during a dinner rush where the food has already been prepared. It does take a little planning and the perfect example is when I had my birthday dinner there recently for 10 people. I selected the menu items the day before to give them time to get the dishes made in advance to accommodate my needs. Anyone in my party that wanted the food spicier was able to just add more pepper and the others with sensitive stomachs like me, were very happy. The food was delicious and my guests loved it too. Dustin was the person that arranged the preparation for my party and he did a great job! Thanks Karma for a wonderful birthday dinner!

I would post a negative if I could. I should have walked out and not picked up the item when I walked in and saw dirty tennis shoes on the floor to the right, dirty, and trash. I was charged $18.00 for a cup of thick broth a 4 pieces of shrimp, the shrimp masala. I called before I ordered and the only items they had available were the curries. I was told the shrimp masala had tomatoes, onions and veggies with a light sauce. What I received was a thick, mud like sauce and 4, 1/2 inch pieces of shrimp. I thought I was given the wrong order, soup, and brought it immediately back., He said it was not soup. He said he placed 8 shrimp in the broth. I again said there were 4 and no vegetables, onion or tomato. He started speaking nastily, and, since I had to be back at work, I left letting him know that this was unconscionable, as he was the person who explained the dish on the phone with me. The worst part is I gave him a tip for the despicable service08/13/2021.

We haven't been here in a while. And there has been a change in ownership. Food was tasty - chicken mushroom curry, Karahi lamb and dal. Enjoyed it all but really liked the dal. We won't wait so long for our next visit.

Always heard good things about this place and finally came for lunch. Smelled great inside! The guy that works there turned on some fun Indian music and videos for us. He made me something that wasn't on the menu- a spicy vegetarian vandaloo- it was DELICIOUS!!!! Also had the gulab jamun for desert- (little puff donut cake balls in a thin orange honey syrup) AMAZING!!! I'll definitely return again to try more dishes here.

Nice and peaceful dinner experience at this place. Very nice staff and good menu. We ordered vegetable korma and loved it so much. I loved Chapatti/roti more than naan! But my husband liked naan more haha! (I am a Roti person:p) I think Indian food lovers must give this place a chance. I think you would like it.
