L&L Hawaiian Barbecue

I love the food, I’ve been going here since I was in high school and I’ve always been treated with such great care unless it’s with the guy with the piercings. He is always so rude to me, everytime I ask for something he makes it seem like I’m asking him to move a mountain when everyone else that works there does it with no problem. I honestly hate going there when that guy works there which sucks because this is a comfort food and place for me and my husband and we used to go weekly so be treated like this by that guy is just not fair but I love the owner and the other guy who works there, they treat us like royalty, they are the only reason why we go still.

Honestly this place is very nasty it has no flavor the chicken is uncooked the meat is unflavored and the macaroni sucks it was nasty!!! Waste of money! I always go to Q&Q it’s so delicious there it’s just far from my house. So today I decided to come here since it’s closer and try it out and I would definitely never be coming back. I’ll drive 20min to Q&Q and it’s more cheaper wasted almost 40$ on two plates and me my kids didn’t eat it I feed the meat to my Dogs such a waste of money ! I’m pissed .

The food is mediocre. It also seems a little overpriced. I often hesitate to visit because of the poor and lacking customer service, especially at night. Every evening and night attendant, I've encountered, seems to be lacking in customer service. They seem to act bothered, as if they're being interrupted. I entered about 840pm and they were cleaning preparing to close at 9pm. Any the times I've gone at night, im often met with rules and restrictions. I likely won't visit again and will encourage people to not visit. I am a hospitality and customer-service expert. I highly encourage managers to train the staff on how to service the guest and not just take orders. Final question, does the place close at 9pm or 830pm? If it's the later, then change your posting and train your staff how to do better with guests before closing.

I have experienced numerous barbecue establishments previously. However, upon entering this particular venue, one is immediately greeted by a pleasant and pristine environment, along with welcoming smiles. The cuisine was absolutely exceptional, mirroring the outstanding service and reasonable pricing. This establishment has undoubtedly secured a place on my list of preferred dining options whenever I am in Santa Clarita. I highly endorse it.

Q&Q is definitely better. I got the BBQ mix on Dec 30, 2025 around 840 pm. The food was very bland literally everything just bland. I got the lumpia’s and they were ok . I rarely come on here and do this but I dam near spent 30 bucks for trash I’m pissed. L&L in Santa Clarita is trash and over priced.

Food was okay. Teriyaki sauce is watered down and the food is overpriced in my opinion. Food splattered on the wall and the framed picture too. Go to Q&Q for a better experience.

I recently ordered BBQ Beef full party tray serving approximately 40 people for our office luncheon. Everything was ready when I arrived. The food was a hit with our staff. Excellent food and service. If you are planning an event, I highly recommend having L&L cater it. Good job!
