The delays are ALL the time, 9 teenagers behind the counter that have no clue what customer service is. As someone who is also a franchise owner the corporation should be out immediately to help this place!!!
I normally come here once a month to treat myself because I absolutely love their coffee. I will generally get a bakery item and never had a problem with packaging but today the packaging was just horrible. The bread was inside a bag that kept falling apart and little pieces spread all throughout my car. It was so fragile like they cooked it or something please upgrade your packaging. They used to have plastic containers that worked perfect perfectly.
