Super cute atmosphere and attention to detail, but the sausage egg and cheese muffin looked like they intentionally threw each item on eachother from across the room. The egg was 50% off the muffin and the cheese was 75% off it. Plus the muffin was like...bunched up like it had been squished sideways. I don't know why. The employee was super nice and we had no issues with the customer service, so it's not like we did something to deserve the food looking this way. It tasted blah too. The drinks were also... just okay. The lavender matcha had no matcha flavor. It was like lavender milk. The Hawaiian latte had good flavor but the "whipped cream" was really whipped topping. No cream in sight. It was disgusting. I Iiterally couldn't stomach it. Overall cute place and great service, but drinks and food were disappointing.

UPDATE: I have increased the rating by a star because I have since tried a few more drinks while we happened to be in the area and they were WAY better than the first two we tried. The Terminator soda drink and the spiced chai were SOOOOOO good!! So I guess you just need to know what to order?

45 min waiting time total from the moment I made line with 5 people in front of me to the moment I got coffee. Rude people behind the counter. Not coming back. Not worth the wait time for a coffee. Zero stars.

Good coffee but be ready to wait about 20 mins for your drink order. I watched them take orders from 18 consecutive people who eventually took up the whole store just waiting for their drinks. They should stop taking orders and start making drinks.

Sometimes it is extremely busy but worth it. I wanted to make this post because no matter what happens if they are busy , the system going down etc the staff remains kind. I find this unusual and wonderful! Keep up the good work❤️

Don’t offer Seasonal flavors for Matcha drinks on Delivery app,, Egg on egg sandwich is really small and sometimes overcooked resulting in it shrinking and being hard ti chew. Sandwich has potential if egg was a bit larger and not tough. Tried to contact them many times to inquire about larger orders but they do not answer phones, email, etc when we try to contact. It’s too bad as they have lost a lot of business because we’ve had to go elsewhere where they offer Seasonal Matchas and the other cafes we’ve contacted answer us when we reach out to inquire for larger orders. Management issue?? Positive note: Makennas Matcha drink is very tasty just wish you could select seasonal flavors and how much to add.

Espresso was served in a clear plastic cup. Hot coffee should be served in a paper cup. On a very busy day, people were waiting in long lines, but there were only four people working, and they didn't make eye contact with the customers, but played around with each other, took pictures, and talked.. I waited 40 minutes for two cups of coffee. I never want to go back.

This place has the best coffee I’ve ever had, hands down! Their lattes are incredible—once you try their drinks, you won’t want to go anywhere else. The Cold Pumpkin Spice Latte is so, so good—honestly, better than anywhere else I’ve tried. I made the mistake of not asking for the extra shot that comes with a large hot regular Latte , and it wasn’t quite to my taste. When I mentioned it, they remade the drink for me, even though it was totally my fault. The staff was so kind and handed me the new order with a warm smile and such a genuine reaction.

They do get really busy, but trust me—it’s worth the wait, even if you order in person. If you’re in a hurry, you can always order online, and by the time you arrive, your order will be ready to go. Excellent coffee and even better service! Highly recommended.

My friend and I went in to order coffees. No one greeted us while we stood at the counter waiting to order for 10 minutes. One girl kept constantly looking at us but wouldn’t offer help. When our coffees came out, they were literally milk and syrup. Couldn’t taste a drop of coffee. I would not recommend this unless you want to drink a tall glass of sweet milk.
