Makenna Koffee Company

I keep coming here hoping it will be different each time and unfortunately the customer service never changes. it takes an hour for them to make one coffee with no line and the customer service is possibly one of the worst i have experienced. The girls all have extremely poor attitudes and give people dirty looks all while also being rude to every customer. It is extremely disappointing because this place had potential but the employees need to learn how to actually work at a coffee shop.

Coffee is great, but they are the most inefficient place I’ve ever gone to get coffee. I only go when I have extra time. They really need to be more efficient. I’ve waited 45 minutes for my coffee once on a busy morning. Most of the time you wait 5-10 minutes. (Which is still a long time to wait for a latte)

I really do enjoy Makenna Koffee, they have a vast menu with multiple of options of drinks for whatever you’re looking for. The drinks I’ve had so far have been pretty good and tasted well. Even though I honestly thought it was going to be closer to a Dutch Bros type of coffee shop. Which it still reminds me of it but more due to the atmosphere of the place which the music can be too loud at times and that’s the main reason I couldn’t give them a better rating but nonetheless it’s great spot to get coffee or any of their other drinks they have to offer.
The staff has always been friendly and welcoming.

I am very happy to have found this place. Normally I walk for my coffee and now every so often I'm going to be driving over here for my coffee. So many different choices and so many of them look really good. The service was excellent and the staff is very nice. Looking forward to my next trip here.

I stopped into McKenna’s this morning, hoping for a quick matcha latte 🍵. Unfortunately, even though there were no other customers in line, I stood at the counter for over 10 minutes ⏱️ before anyone acknowledged me. The staff seemed more interested in chatting 💬 than helping.

When I finally ordered, I was told their matcha is pre-sweetened — which completely defeats the health benefits ❌. Starbucks, for example, lets you choose whether to add syrup or honey 🍯. After all that waiting, I decided not to order and left.

Great location 📍, but very slow service and little regard for customer experience. I won’t be returning, but I do wish them well 🙏 and hope things improve.

Have been here several times. Most of the time it is great, but occasionally the lattes just taste like regular coffee and milk, which I can make at home. Hoping for more consistency.

Great tasting coffee, Sandy Blonde or Coco Cabana pretty goooood on a hot day!

Super cute atmosphere and attention to detail, but the sausage egg and cheese muffin looked like they intentionally threw each item on eachother from across the room. The egg was 50% off the muffin and the cheese was 75% off it. Plus the muffin was like...bunched up like it had been squished sideways. I don't know why. The employee was super nice and we had no issues with the customer service, so it's not like we did something to deserve the food looking this way. It tasted blah too. The drinks were also... just okay. The lavender matcha had no matcha flavor. It was like lavender milk. The Hawaiian latte had good flavor but the "whipped cream" was really whipped topping. No cream in sight. It was disgusting. I Iiterally couldn't stomach it. Overall cute place and great service, but drinks and food were disappointing.

UPDATE: I have increased the rating by a star because I have since tried a few more drinks while we happened to be in the area and they were WAY better than the first two we tried. The Terminator soda drink and the spiced chai were SOOOOOO good!! So I guess you just need to know what to order?

45 min waiting time total from the moment I made line with 5 people in front of me to the moment I got coffee. Rude people behind the counter. Not coming back. Not worth the wait time for a coffee. Zero stars.
