The chorizo tacos are delicious and very satisfying, and everything is made fresh so it is typically hot. The Flying Fried sandwich features a perfectly cooked egg, fresh bread, a generous portion of bacon, and a heaping pile of crispy tater tots. The Maple Fried sandwich is also a favorite, along with the fly sauce. The strawberry Nutella croissant is amazing. The food is delicious with affordable pricing and good indoor/outdoor seating. The employees are super friendly and helpful. The Flying Yolk is the best breakfast in the Santa Clarita Valencia area, with flavor, seasoning, and quality of the product second to none.
