Flying yolk has amazing food! Their breakfast sandwich and their breakfast burrito with fly sauce is hands down one of the best
Cassidy is an incredible asset to your team. She goes above and beyond always. I always pick up from here but today she exceeded the call of duty and made my day. Thank you Cassidy!
The food is always good it is just expensive for what it is. There is plenty of seating inside and out including an outdoor kids play area. The restaurant is always clean and service has been good most of my visits.

Based on the reviews, The Flying Yolk is one of the best breakfast spots in Santa Clarita. The food tastes great, from the breakfast burritos to the Flying Fried sandwich. The chorizo tacos are delicious and very satisfying, and everything is made fresh so it is typically hot. The Flying Fried sandwich features a perfectly cooked egg, fresh bread, a generous portion of bacon, and a heaping pile of crispy tater tots. The Maple Fried sandwich is also a favorite, along with the fly sauce. The strawberry Nutella croissant is amazing. The food is delicious with affordable pricing and good indoor/outdoor seating. The employees are super friendly and helpful. The Flying Yolk is the best breakfast in the Santa Clarita Valencia area, with flavor, seasoning, and quality of the product second to none.
