Great customer service. They really care about making things right with their customers. Had ordered delivery ahead of time and it didn’t show up on time I called the store and they made it right and gave me a free cup on the house. Would give 10 stars if I could
I’ve never had a bad experience with this menchie’s location. The staff is always nice and its really clean in the front. I love the flavors and toppings they have to offer. They have a good amount of seats. They are pretty good with messes like spills. But why did I rate the atmosphere 4? The bathroom is always disgusting.
