We picked up a door dash order and it was missing an item. Jasli was super helpful and offered to give us a medium item to replace it. Had to wait a few minutes while it was cooked. She apologized for the inconvenience and handled the entire situation very well. All while taking care of all the other customers in line. Appreciate her kind and excellent service as someone who works in customer service as well. Thank you.
Unfortunately, they got my order wrong last time I stopped by. Hey, mistakes happen. Called to let them know and Jonathan (Mgr) assured me they would take care of it. Went in last week and Jonathan remembered me, and went out of his way to make everything right. Thank you for you great customer service.
This place definitely stands out from other Panda Express around this area, the food is really well prepared tastes great also, and the service here is great as well, keep up the great work.
